  1. We’ve gone from … “I have a Dream” … to “Kill whitey” … in 8 short years. THAT … is the Obama legacy. A sophomoronic college students view of race relations rooted in the charter of the Black Panthers instead of the speeches of MLK Jr. A president who had the golden opportunity to improve the life of the average black man in America … instead, Obama only lined the pockets of his cronies with HOPE and CHANGE. The average black man just got student loan welfare, and food stamps.
    Yeah … if the militant blacks in America believe they can get-away with their ghetto sheat in a non-Obamination … they’ve got something else coming to them

  2. This makes my blood boil…this bs- its all whiteys fault is nonsense.
    The problem is the law has no bite..these little thugs don’t fear the law.
    They have had their own way for far to long.
    You can kill someone and be walking around free again shortly..what bs.
    We need to overhaul the justice system, get rid of cowardly judges and put some teeth
    back in the law. No wonder cops are quitting in droves, who the hell would want to be
    a cop these days, they sure as hell get no help or respect from the court system.
    From people either, till they need one!
    if these little bastards were tied to a post and given a few lashes themselves..given back a little of what they just handed out I bet it would make one hell of a difference.
    And if you murder someone..in my court we will use the noose…no worries about you doing it again that way.

  5. IMHO, these four losers should not be charged with “hate crimes”. Nobody should be charged with “hate crimes”. They should be charged with what they are actually alleged to have done. That is heinous enough and can be objectively proven. Then they should receive the full penalty of the law once they are convicted of what they have actually done. And they should serve every last day of it.

  9. I’m with you on hate crimes. Just try them for what they did. It’s not relevant whether they hate someone or not. They kidnapped and assaulted him. That’s gotta get them 15 or more.

    Do people rob, rape, and torture out of misplaced love? No. They do it out of malformed ethos.
    It used to be that judges and jurys judged people on the criminal act and, depending on how grievously the defendant performed the act, gave either a light or heavy sentence at the penalty phase after conviction.
    I believe it would be best to get back to that way of thinking and end the “thought crime” politicization of criminal behavior.
    If politics can selectively condemn behavior, …it can just as selectively condone it.
    Why do we have a Criminal Code?
    Because everyone who breaks the CODE is sanctioned, regardless of color, creed, or culture.
    It is the politicization of criminal thought, or any mode of thinking, which is truly the threat to a just and free society.
