   If they pull it off for Hillary there are peaceful ways of “temporally” de-funding the Government… If those that are pay-role employees request a W4 form & claim “10” there is no federal withholding tax.. Most employees only fill out the W4 once, but you can modify it anytime…You will have to pay the taxes at the end of the year.
