In yet another stunning blow to the #ExxonKnew campaign, a federal judge today issued a discovery order against Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey to determine whether “bias or prejudgment” influenced her decision to initiate a “bad faith” investigation into ExxonMobil, just days after she appeared before news cameras with New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, Al Gore and other Democratic state attorneys general in New York.
As the Washington Post reported this afternoon, this “new discovery order could open the door for an intrusive examination of Maura Healey ‘s internal phone records, other communications and depositions,” shedding light on the extent to which Healey, Schneiderman and others have conspired with outside activists, plaintiff attorneys and partisan political interests to carry out their failed #ExxonKnew campaign.
The federal judge seems to have recognized that using the Attorney General office for overtly political purposes seriously discredits the justice system.
Ouch.
But that doesn’t mean that the truly stupid or the society leeches will feel any pain,
This sort of frivolous prosecution will become the norm when Clinton becomes president.

I’ve been saying for years that everything that Leftists do is in bad faith.
If they ever do anything up front and honest, I’ve never witnessed it.
That everything they do they do because the plebes can’t understand what’s best for them is a basic premise of their entire world view.
Bad faith is their whole approach to get what they think is “fair”.

I wouldn’t be surprised if somehow FBI get involved, they seem trustworthy when it comes to those pesky intrusive examinations.

FOIA was created by the Democrats and strengthened by the Democrats (esp. one William Jefferson Clinton) … yet now … it is the Democrats (esp. one Hillary Rodham Clinton) who obstruct FOIA requests, slow-walk FOIA requests, legally challenge FOIA requests and when that doesn’t work … simply sidestep the entire issue with a private server … or bleachbit … or a 24oz. framing hammer.
Seems as though leftists LOVE shining the light of day on their opponents, so long as they can remain in darkness.
