We have all (except ‘hater’ Trumpists) gratefully accepted the gift of our multi-culti Trojan Horse. We never noticed the real intention of our equine visitors till now. The Soviet Union was always Russia. Russia didn’t fall, it just downsized and rebranded.
Like so many Global corporations did in the ’90s, they cut their losing subsidiaries and got Lean and Mean.
The Russians knew that their Agents of Influence in the West would continue with the same directives they had been giving them since before WWII and are still issuing today.
China? The West stopped supporting the Kuomintang shortly after WWII. Mainly the decisions were taken in Washington to relegate the Kuomintang to Taiwan and merely ‘contain’ the Russians and ChiComs instead of waging war against them and defeating them.
Since WWII, all of the wars have either had the Russians or the Chinese or both on our adversaries side and our Leaders had not fought these wars to win, but just to contain while the Left has worked to prevent us from accidentally winning.

I am afraid that you are right, Oz (or rather St. Paul was right) … that freedom, prosperity, and peace may soon be coming to a permanent END. I have grown-up in a world (here in the USA) where I have known nothing but security and prosperity. Other than the failed experiment of giving mortgages to anyone with a pulse, I have grown-up with a sense of the invincibility of our culture, our economy, and our freedom. I managed to escape all wars, starvation, disease, and mayhem by chronology of birth. However I see the gathering storm and no longer feel secure, no longer invincible. The ROCK that I thought our country was … now feels like shifting sand. I now feel as though it could all go to Hell so rapidly that it will make heads spin. The REAL HELL where Satan takes human form in Lying, scheming, politicians who ELIMINATE all who do not bow before them. A Hell where no one can openly report their political views in public, but only in private. I have never owned a firearm, not because I fear them or loathe them … but because I never needed one. That’s changed. Our local community is seeing a massive rise in burglary. The thieves are getting bolder and more violent. Suburbia is being penetrated by dependents of the State. What to do ? I will protect my family. I will pray, and listen carefully to the answers, for God has always guided me on a righteous path. I put my hope in things that never change … not the fraudulent Hope and Change of a conniving politician. I will continue to confess my faith, and live the life of a righteous man (not perfect, but striving to be worthy). Faith, Hope, and Love … and the greatest of these is LOVE. Inspiring. So many feel the same as you. The ground is shifting under us, and too few are paying attention. I read recently somewhere that the US has brought in tens of thousands of Muslim refugees over the past year or so. The count for Christian refugees is more like 80. This is not intended as an anti Muslim comment, but the difference in numbers is shocking — and weird. The same is happening in Canada. Church groups seeking a Christian refugee family to support are being told there are none available. Yet the plight of the Yadzi women is heartbreaking. Still. Nothing is done. Increasingly it seems our governments seek to undermine our traditional culture and democratic values. I am not optimistic about the future.
