Here in sunny CA, PG&E just hiked their rates that caused my monthly energy bill to JUMP $ 100.00 in one month from June to July. This is my CHEAPEST month of the year (I have no air conditioning) … just WAIT till my most EXPENSIVE month … Jan-Feb. The CA PUC has abandoned its responsibility to PROTECT the consumer, and has instead SERVED the GREEN lobby to the detriment of the consumer. The CA PUC will have, probably added $ 1,800.00 – $ 2,500.00 to my yearly energy bill. Nearly DOUBLING it !
How ANYONE can vote for the left … essentially voting against their own self interest … is beyond me. We desperately need to clean House throughout America in government … and in our leftist-controlled institutions.

I was surprised to find these admissions in the NYT. DDT turned the tide against malaria. Chavez and his socialist agenda harmed the country and the country squandered it’s wealth and abilities in pursuit of nonsense.
In reading the comments, though, the same old, same old, came back again. It wasn’t really socialism. They didn’t go socialist enough, or it was the fault of the U.S.A.
