A major police operation is ongoing in Munich, around the city’s Olympic Park, with the force warning people to stay in their homes and avoid public spaces.
Terrified shoppers were seen running for their lives from the Munich Olympia Shopping Centre, in the district of Moosach, after hearing gunshots.
A video purporting to show the shooter, dressed in black, firing 20 shots has been posted on Twitter. The footage shows him outside a McDonald’s directly outside the shopping centre.
The area around the Munich Olympia Shopping Centre in the district of Moosach has been sealed off as emergency services try to control the situation.
And now, reports of a second round of gunshots… developing.
We strongly advise all to shelter in place. Munich police are reporting multiple shooting incidents in the city.

This is impossible. Germany has strict gun control laws. How on earth could this gun even fired if it was registered with the government? And 20 shots? Hardly, what with all the restrictions on magazine sizes for guns you can’t even get legally.

Germany seems to be batting one incident per week now, not counting the misunderstandings in regards to sexual advances towards German women.
Funny, when I’m taking public transit home, the stop I wait at usually has plenty of the followers of the religion of peace waiting for their rides. Today, not so much. I wonder if they’re afraid of the backlash that never seems to come.
The ones in Germany had better watch out. Once the average German finally has had enough, the backlash will probably set a new standard of cruelty and efficiency. Same goes for the politicians that have failed to protect their citizens.

The issue of how many shooters is alwayss confused. Different people see the same thing from different viewpoints (literally) and also the same characters at different times.
I’ve seen two different videos now, one of a shooter coming out of a MacDo and another of an apparently similarly garbed shooter on an empty car park roof. Were they at the same time?
Of note, though, in the first video, it appears as if the shooter was looking at a his wrist-watch .
