Regular people speaking out on Trudeau’s Tantrum

I opened the phone lines pretty early on Thursday to let the good people of the CFRA Nation have their say on Trudeau’s Tantrum.
It is not comforting to elitist ears.

  1. I thought marijuana made you mellow? It appears it has the opposite effect on Justin.

  2. I would call Justin an annoying, pompous, arrogant, entitled, unqualified, spoiled little twerp, but that would be insulting to annoying, pompous, arrogant, entitled, unqualified, spoiled little twerps.
I truly admire opposition MPs who sit and listen to Bouffant Boy blithering on every day. I truly get nauseated listening to him for 2 seconds.

  3. So when are the assault charges going to be laid? If I had done that to a co-worker I wouldn’t have got off with an insincere apology.

  4. The biggest promoter of Trudeau is the CBC. I wouldn’t be surprised if they manage to rework the videos in order to control public opinion. I’ve had a lot of comments deleted at CBC.Ca over the years, however never four in two days. Every comment I had deleted was a comment that went against the Liberal party of Canada. If and when we (Conservatives) ever hope to get rid of the Liberals, we need to crush the CBC. And I’ve always believed that the best way to do that is simply to let the advertisers know that we refuse to buy a product that’s advertised on CBC. The other way is to get it taken off your cable or satellite subscription. Sadly, the cable company I subscribe to does not offer a ”CBC free” package, although they do promise it in the fall.

  5. Yeah, good idea in theory Plains ‘cept the liberals will just allocate more money from general revenue to cover the downward $hift.
The cbc folks have a certain standard of living that they feel entitled to in return for their complicit whitewashing of all things lpc.
Likewise they both know that its only taxpayer money.

  6. The CBC program Acid Happens interviewed Elizabeth May tonight in the role of apologist for Trudeau. She was apparently the only one who had a decent view of what happened. An even better view than the CSPAN cameras no doubt. She said the look on Justin’s face after he “accidently” elbowed the opposition MP in the chest indicated it caused him great pain. Tomorrow night they’ll no doubt bring in a chaos theory mathematician to explain how the whole thing was caused by Harper when he appointed Mike Duffy to the Senate. Or a climatologist to explain it was caused by global warming.

  7. The National Post has an excellent photo-play by play – “Matt Gurney: Canada’s grandstanding Prime Minister turned his beloved cameras against himself”:

and the liberal Globe and Mail even had a very good article: “What was Justin Trudeau thinking? He wasn’t”!

  8. I suspect that JT’s past week wasn’t much fun after his wife got a resounding public smack-down for her desire to have a staff like Michelle-O. No wonder he was grouchy.
In any case JT literally ‘crossed-the-line’ with this stunt. He had no business leaving his seat, and should have addressed his concerns to the Speaker.

  9. You’ve got it right. If the CBC had zero advertising revenue, the Liberal government would simply increase the already obscene subsidy in order to ensure that Mother Corps wouldn’t go without.

  10. JT had a bad week – almost lost a no confidence vote, the perils of being Sophie and now this. Time to go on holiday, again. lol

  11. Trudeau’s tantrum is the stuff of bullies in the playground. The more you think about what he did the more you wonder about his stability. He left his seat, pranced over in an arrogant huff, used the F bomb to tell MP’s get out of his way and this is considered adult behaviour from a person sitting as Prime Minister?
If he were anyone else sitting in that place he’d be given time out for anger management. Alas, we are stuck with him.

  12. If bongo pulled a stunt like that in any workplace in Canada he would be going to anger management classes or would have been sent home – unemployed.
    He is unfit to govern.

  13. If ever there was doubt that E May was not a real party leader, but a quasi Liberal in waiting, this apology for Jr confirms it. She is just salivating for her next move, a Senate gig that only Jr can provide.

  14. This man needs to go, I refuse to follow orders from any official from a government headed by this @$$hole…

  15. My life experience in the construction industry reveals that those who speak loudest and pitch the biggest fits always know the least about what they are doing. Aggression is the natural reaction to ignorance. Boy PM sounds just like the typical apprentice Architect insisting that he knows better than an entire crew with more years of experience than his age.

  16. Does Trudeau suffer from inherited bipolar disorder or is on medication? It is a reasonable question to ask in light of the ruckus in the House , since he is our glorious leader.

  17. He wasn’t having a tantrum…it was more like “look at me” and “what a strong leader I am” or something like that. I find it difficult to watch him. What a show off.

  18. Wonder how he handles a melt down by one of his children and we know they ALL have them. Oh wait, he has nannies to handle that as he is tooooo busy!
Also bet we see much less of him in the HOC with Butts trying to control him from further actions.

  19. He was frog marching Conservative Whip Brown back to his seat. I gather Brown asked him to take his hands off him. The whole thing is vert bizarre, but (in retrospect) such misguided outbursts are not unexpected.
