  2. She disregarded security and her judgment is questioned by voters. That’s baked in the cake? How can that be when the Donald is still mixing the bowl?
    The comedic tragedy is these people pretend in public that any of these allegations are a surprise or new, though Scarborough sort of spilled the beans. All in, everybody knows HRC is a cad who thinks she is unequal under the law, the ultimate ice queen. If she were an underling, she would have been fired for her disloyalty long before she got near anything classified.
    Maybe the gang should arrange more meetings, to make sure nobody misremembers anything at their interviews.
    Now she wants to be POTUS. Sure, the FBI is scouring her team to find the culprit. Hillary is their perp, that will be the next “new” revelation.
    Even so she’ll be the next president because the GOP has decided to kill itself to stop Trump but are shooting blanks with only also-ran’s to challenge Hillary. Their dream ticket is the two guys who lost last time, once the attempt to shoehorn Cruz fails. No matter, they’ve likely managed to flame Trump sufficiently to ensure a big Dem win in November. Hopefully Hillary lets them keep their phony baloney jobs.
    Good point at 9:30 – as the Dems proceed with Bernie still hanging around, he could claim the nomination if she were sufficiently disgraced this summer.
    That would be rich; establishment machines from both parties holding conventions, while trying to remove both their popular choices for POTUS.
    I still think the larger investigation is around the Clinton Foundation, which Hillary likely comingled with State and personal business. Her arrogance may just have got the better of her this time, with outfits like the Washington Post and MSNBC sniffing around.

    Yes, the GOP will commit suicide if they cheat in an establishment candidate. It amazes me that they cannot appreciate that, but then, maybe it is true that they are quite comfortable with Hellary as the gravy will continue to flow without requiring them tio do anything.

  8. So if you’re the next Bernie Madoff (sp?) and you’re afraid the cops are on to you, run for president. You don’t have to spend much money on the campaign. You don’t have to actually win anything. You just have to keep running for president. Then the cops will back off and you’ll have time to prepare your defence, hide your take and bolt the country. I’ll be curious to see how this gets taught at law school.

    I also agree with Robert that the GOP is tearing itself apart and has reached a hysterical stage.

  12. What blows my mind, as they debate whether or not classified information was mishandled, is that no one talks about the root of the matter. Why the private server, if not to conceal illegal behavior? There is no other explanation as to why Clinton, alone among all other govt / cabinet officals, felt she needed such a set up.

    Follow the money means who or what get’s the Democrat and more significantly the U.S.A Federal Government Advertising? Which interlocking Boards of Directors ar able to feed off that revenue stream for possibly much more lucrative B.O.D. Gigs.
    One only needs to look at the probably interacting group of non-Banking “Too big Too Fail” companies such as G. E. Capital; AIG Insurance; & Prudential which have made Serious Business Plan changes to try and avoid the presently Much More Significantly Serious Oversight than these Companies Want. (U.S.A. Today) is providing coverage so it is part of Mainstream reporting.
    Pulitzer Prize writing is possible; if this means anything now.

  16. It’s hard to discus US politics given what we’ve elected here in Canada. We have a real circus going on and it’s being spread around the globe. Everywhere our Clown Prince goes he gets star billing and he knows how to deal with it…..could be part of his course as a drama teacher. It’s hard not to imagine the more seasoned World leaders not thinking he’s one they can manipulate to get what they want from Canada. Even Russia’s Putin is a fan. This may not be a good thing.

  29. I think fournier was just acknowledging the facts on the ground which is that Democrats are above the law. It’s an open question whether he supports this new paradigm. I’m guessing he’s OK with it. No point even having a constitution in the US anymore.

  30. I notice that when Rick Perry was running for President, no such special consideration was given, even though the charges against him were definitely frivolous. The charges against Hillary are far more serious – the kind that could get a person imprisoned for life or executed. If she’s above the law, and justice is no longer blind, then the USA is not far from civil war.
