  1. Re: the upcoming climate change meeting in France.
Recognize that we only have as many rights as we can afford. The socialists (including Obama and Trudeau) are about to negotiate the wealthy West’s position of strength away, thus enabling anti-West Muslims to achieve their goal of dominating, subjugating, and eliminating the West. Try watching these negotiations from this perspective.

  2. Re: Climate Change meeting in France.
It’s not a climate change summit. It’s a workshop on taxation. I believe in a monetary system measured in kilowatts, based on the amount of energy that each and every person needs to survive, including transportation. We are partly there. For example, a flight from Calgary to Regina is based largely on the amount of fuel consumed. When I see a government agent sitting in his or her office and playing on the internet all day however, I have a hard time justifying his or her wages. What have they produced? How many kilowatts of energy?? If your answer is nothing, then by now they should realize what we should be paying them?
Canada will lose its energy advantages if Trudeau stays there too long!

  3. Read an interesting post on WUWT last night.
Back to Basics Part 2 – What is Climate Change?
It seems that when the pooh-bahs in the United Nations speak of ‘Climate Change’ they are only talking about MAN MADE climate change.
They call natural climate change ‘climate variability’.
The same way they always mention ‘Carbon’ when speaking of carbon-dioxide.
    Gotta know the code.

THE barbarians are inside the gates and our treacherous politicians, brimming with selfrighteousness, invited them here.”
“The institutionalised hypocrisy is at its worst in the failure to address the reality of extreme Islam. Every terrorist atrocity in the West sparks another bout of guilt-ridden introspection as to why Muslims feel so alienated.”

  5. Fatema, like me, was born and raised in Toronto and wears hijab.
Why? To be provocative? To push islam in our faces?

  6. as I have said in the past. we will have to fight our own, to fight an enemy who wants to kill us, for what we don’t believe.

  7. Forget signing polls, Trudeau is saying “Canadians” want to stop our bombing ISIS in Syria and Iraq. He will not change his silly mind, will not listen to anyone. No surprise he’d go rogue, he is now King and will do whatever he pleases. If we thought the Trudeau Charter couldn’t make this country lose everything it once stood for we are about to find out it can. That document is the biggest threat to our democracy this country could have, it eats away at everything we stand for, an invitation to all comers to come here and ghettoize.
Canada is not in good hands, we are not safe, no country that refuses to fight an evil enemy can expect to thrive and survive by protecting it’s people first and foremost. The Leftists who prance around wearing poppies in remembrance of those who fought and died to save us all from the worst the world had to offer are rank hypocrites.

robert, think occam’s razor. it’s probably because she knows that if she shows bare arms and legs in public… daddy will slit her throat one dark night and toss her body in a dumpster.

  9. Screening Syrian refugees after they set foot on our soil is about as dumb as it gets. First, once here the Charter is their friend, it keeps them here with all the rights and privileges afforded those of us born here and whose ancestors built the country the Trudeau Liberals are about to tear down. They have four years to get it done and it’s obvious they’re in a big hurry.
There’s another issue most willfully blind do gooders haven’t figured out, our relationship with the US. There are many states now refusing to take any refugees from Syria, Obumbles’ administration are only taking in 10,000 and it’s not in a couple of weeks but over a period of time, years as opposed to weeks, allowing for proper screening and management.
Given the health care risks alone, there is the potential diseases we never had here as well as TB no doubt they will be bringing to our already strapped systems. The US will make crossing their borders very difficult for Canadians of any stripe and they can’t be blamed, we can look at the bone headed Trudeau Cabal and weep for the next four years.

    5. President Martin must issue a statement to the Amherst College community at large that states we do not tolerate the actions of student(s) who posted the “All Lives Matter” posters, and the “Free Speech” posters that stated that “in memoriam of the true victim of the Missouri Protests: Free Speech.” Also let the student body know that it was racially insensitive to the students of color on our college campus and beyond who are victim to racial harassment and death threats; alert them that Student Affairs may require them to go through the Disciplinary Process if a formal complaint is filed, and that they will be required to attend extensive training for racial and cultural competency.
