  1. Thanks Ontario voters
    ——————————
This entire pension plan design was ill-conceived and ideologically driven from the start. And the math doesn’t add up in Ontarians’ favour. Since it takes 40 years of contributions, younger Ontarians — age 25 and under — are the only ones who will see full ORPP benefits, however meager, in their lifetime

  2. Pelosi – Being a devout Catholic means Planned Parenthood butchery is OK
    ——————————
A reporter with CNSNews.com, a website affiliated with the Media Research Center, asked Pelosi, “In reference to funding for Planned Parenthood, is an unborn baby with a human heart and a human liver a human being?”
    “Why don’t you take your ideological questions – I don’t, I don’t have – ” Pelosi began.
“I am a devout practicing Catholic, a mother of five children.”

  3. Oh those gun free zones!
“How a fifteen year old Muslim terrorist in Australia made Obama look bad; egg meet face.
In the wake of the school massacre in Oregon, President Obama cited Australia as a country whose lead the U.S. could follow for “common sense” gun reform.
Hours later, a 15-year-old boy in Australia walked into a police station and shot an employee dead.”

  4. They should post a sign outside all gun-free zones: “Gun free zone. Violators will be shot” rather than “Gun free zone, mass murderers welcome”.

  5. “What Would JFK Do?”
““Tell us again daddy about the Missiles of October.””
““They say that in 2015 president Obama was at a loss over how to the Russian president’s expansion into Syria, which was in a place full of riches and strategic importance to Merica. The president couldn’t just kick him out, because as you know, Russia had nuclear weapons.”
The children shuddered. They did not need to be told. Daddy continued.”

  7. The Conservatives are very pro-active and clear on their intention to protect vulnerable women and girls who are subject to tyrannical 3rd world or destructive religious practices. The National Post has scoffed at their efforts, choosing to use an inflammatory and misleading headline: Tories promise RCMP tip line for people to report neighbours for ‘barbaric cultural practices’ What is outrageous here, is that there is no mention of neighbors reporting on neighbors in the announcement. I would expect the RCMP tip line would be used primarily by potential victims or close relatives who are aware of the problem.
Shame on the Post (and the “progressives” jumping on this) to interpret it in such a sinister fashion. The complete CPC announcement around this is fairly comprehensive in terms of money and dollars being targeted to prevent victimization. It is a good initiative that addresses a real problem. As usual, the left is distorting the reality for political gain. Here is the CPC announcement — some good stuff in there: http://www.conservative.ca/the-hon-chris-alexander-and-the-hon-kellie-leitch-announce-measures-to-stop-barbaric-cultural-practices-against-women-and-girls-2/
