1. Better up those immigration levels, especially illegal immigration to keep up with all those jobs Americans won’t do.

2. The less jobs there are, the more we import hordes of immigrants.
   How could this end well?

3. Cat corp. is considered the canary in the coal mine of the global economy, they are everywhere on every continent, if they’re hurting it means the whole world is hurting.

4. So those promised ‘shovel ready’ jobs from 2008 still haven’t come to fruition, eh? Shocking.

5. Now lets hear the report of overseas(China/India) activity from Cat.

6. Cat’s worldwide HQ is in Illinois, and they’ve been warning the state for at least a decade to get it’s fiscal act together or it will reduce operations in Illinois. Since IL is in undeclared (yet) bankruptcy, this should be a fascinating stare-down.

7. The construction equipment business is in steady decline for
   a decade plus and the US government is running huge deficits
   with little or nothing of a material nature to show for them?
   Perhaps there is some sort of problem.

10. Lower oil prices and less oil field activity are not helping.
    Wasn’t CAT one of the corporations that hopes to get a lot of business from Iran now that Obama has capitulated on nuclear weapons?
