Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Perhaps Harper’s commitment to a coalition ground force in Syria is the price for an XL go-ahead?
We’d all have to convert to islam first. Because he’s a mooselimb.
Not a chance.
Obama wants to remain golden with the enviro pied et terre set to the end of his presidency. Then he hopes to dine out on huge appearance fees from them in retirement.

But Kate the US doesn’t ‘negotiate with terrorists’…unless its the government of Iran.

After O’Bonehead is out, beginning in 2016, Tom Steyer and who-knows-who within the billionaire Oligarchy will begin to profit from recently acquired coal interests quietly purchased (not much media coverage) at hugely depressed cost: profiting from investments in enviro-subterfuge (Forest Ethics, Sierra et al) Meanwhile, the Saudis et al wait for western energy resource companies to die out.
Those that stay in Iran better practice counting to 7 …The man-child is dangerous especially with Putin rubbing Obama’s nose in Hillary’s shit…
I thought that that was the deal when we sent our few flying F-18’s to fight ISIS and signed onto the F-35 booya.
Harper should dump the F-35 & go for Chinese J-10/20’s, or MIG 31’s. They’re probably carbon copy F-22 & F-35 and they actually do fly. Didn’t Klinton make that promise to them when handing over the plans?
I agree — Obama won’t negotiate on Keystone, but I am pretty sure his reasons have nothing, NOTHING to do with the environment. Someone is making a pile somewhere and Obama is working for them.
