Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

But what about all those Richter 3 earthquakes that no-one has ever felt? I’m surprised the EPA didn’t simply make up stuff like they usually do.
Actually, the EPA saying that fracking is safe makes me vaguely uneasy. When you can’t believe anything they say, then anything they say is suspect including the obvious truth.
I’d be very interested to know WHY they said fracking is safe. Given everything else they do, mere science is unlikely to be the reason.
In uncharacteristically brave acknowledgement of fact-based research, OPEC-funded anti-fracking “activists” have finally decided to fully embrace the findings of the report.
Either that, or they’ll just keep doing what they do — ignore all evidence and keep telling bald-faced lies:
“Fracking could pollute drinking water, EPA says”

(Note: all narrative non-compliant comments promptly deleted … so be subtle)
Fracking Issue: Baldrick, it isn’t moving because it is now dead, deader than a dead dead thing dying in the dead of night with a deadly death thing stuck dead center in its deadness.
This is just a draft; await the final (correct) report.

HA! From the URL it looks like the title was originally “EPA says fracking doesn’t pose much danger to your drinking water”. I wonder who got canned for that?
I guess they decided to take a page from Dumb and Dumber there “So you’re telling me there’s a chance.”
But as always the Granola Munchers/Tree Huggers and gaia worshippers will still oppose fracking becuase their modern day luddies and back to nature freakos
There is a group called EARTHWORKS that I found on FB. Their ‘interpretation’ of the EPA report is that EPA has concluded that fracking does affect drinking water.
Not sure if this link works:
