The Mansbridge is on CBC’s ‘National’ talking about a secret Senate audit done in late 2013.
The Senate does not want to talk about it.
I’d like to see it. You probably would too.
I also would like to know when the audit was finished and when it was made known to the Senate finance committee. The finance committee was headed up by a Liberal at the time, George Furey. It may still be.
Were the results leaked to any political party ?
I checked the Senate website and found that they had an ‘in-camera’ meeting on Jan.29th about conflict of interest .

The Duffy trial is going along like a shaggy dog story which serves to make it one of the biggest spectacles for the media to comb through hoping it lasts through to election time,they treat it a s gift from the gods.
Duffy is the “star” of the whole drama which is really as much about loose rules and purse strings in the Senate. He will serve as a scapegoat and a tool for the opposition and their media trumpets. There can be no winner from this circus.
