  1. I watched that, Dyson was a blithering fool, not only to challenge Rudy, but to flop out his PC Bull.

  2. “Only three out of 53 police officers are black in Ferguson, where two-thirds of the population is black.”
The Left loves to thunder such stats from the pulpit of political correctness, but have absolutely no idea why the situation is as it is. There could be many reasons so few Black African-American Negroes Persons of Color are cops, but the Left is satisfied that such statistics are proof of ….. RACISM!!
But Giuliani’s spot on, IF you folks weren’t shooting the hell out of each other the whitey cops wouldn’t have to be there. I’m sure every white cop in America just loves the moment he gets the call to attend the scene of another shooting,in a neighborhood where he might well be the next target.
Remember how, among his many other miracles,Prez Obama was going to fix race relations in America?
Seems he failed in this too.

  3. Well spoken Mr Giulian and congratulations for having the courage to ask the questions and comment on what you think. But remember sir, the left and the MSM refuse to hear questions that question their already determined answers and want to hear no evidence that could possibly contradict what they have decided is the truth.

  4. I suspect low levels of black policing in black cities is two-fold. Criminal records and not wanting to be ostracized.
As long as visible minorities believe their violent impoverished lifestyle is caused by whitie instead of themselves, the problem will never be solved.

  5. “…many reasons so few Black African-American Negroes Persons of Color are cops, but the Left is satisfied that such statistics are proof of ….. RACISM!! …”
And it is proof of some kind of racism. It’s often too hard for a black person to become a police officer because so many other blacks will treat them as traitors to their race. If you have the strength of character needed to be a good police officer, you have the strength of character to deal with some racism from other police officers of a different, even majority race. But to then be an outcast among your own race for trying to contribute to the good of society as a whole is probably more than most of us would undertake.

  6. Here’s an interesting tidbit that I learned during my stay in New York. Most New York City cops don’t live IN New York City. Its too -expensive- for them. They can’t have a house and a car on a cop’s salary. Lots and lots of them commute over an hour every day for work. One guy I knew lived in Dutchess County, had to drive half an hour just to get to the end of the train line. Really long train ride too.
    Community policing? Not.

  7. No one in Canada wants to address the elephant in the room with the natives. Most native homicides are red on red. And there is the overarching booze problem

  8. Ann Coulter:
In a massive, detailed 2000 study of the effect of court-ordered affirmative action plans on police departments, economist John Lott found that the more minorities on a police force, the higher the rates of murder, manslaughter, violent crime, robbery and aggravated assault will be. Violent crime increased by a minimum of 3.3 percent every year after affirmative action policies went into effect — and the spike in crime was highest in black neighborhoods.
The problem was not with black cops, Lott’s study showed, but rather with the lowering of standards across the board, resulting in less-qualified officers of every race. To get more of MSNBC’s “voices of oppression” on police forces, requirements are reduced for all recruits. (Just as quality declined at MSNBC when “voices of oppression” had to be added to their lineup.)

  9. “A former Scotland Yard murder squad chief is already conducting an independent investigation into dozens of fatal police shootings in Jamaica – more than half of which are said to be suspicious.
Ex Detective Chief Superintendent Hamish Campbell moved there six months ago, shortly after retiring from the Metropolitan Police.
He describes the number of police killings on the island as ‘just incredible’.
In response to claims of death squads in the Jamaica Constabulary Force he told the Mail there was a widespread belief that the police were killing people because they knew they wouldn’t get them into court.

  10. One simple solution is for the cops to impose a curfew for law abiding citizens, and then back off and let the gangstas kill each other and only respond to calls in white neighborhoods.

  11. So, in the first paragraph of the article we read that a white police officer shot an UNARMED black man. I understand the unarmed black man was attempting to arm himself and had already beat the shite out of the WHITE officer to that end. After being somehow fended off he then decides to surrender? I guess the grand jury thought not. That’s all I know, I wasn’t there but neither was the media in the reporting sense, it was easier to piece together a jigsaw puzzle than to figure out what actually happened in this case. The lowest bar, the grand jury refused to indict, so now, unless new evidence appears, the matter is closed. Right?
Wrong, now the civil rights trial can start.
