  1. C’mon people you’re no emoting enough with the juvenile “what if?” crowd.
Besides, this is the multi-culti generation and if you want your today’s emotional interest to be Canadian then it should be…’cause that’s what you want to believe.

  2. This guy is an idiot. Check out some of his other tweets:
“I have typed the word “frame” nearly 100 times in the last 24 hrs, and yet I forget to add the ‘e’ every time.I can’t do this word. #fram”
“Normally I miss @jianghomeshi when he’s not hosting Q, but @piyachatto is doing an outstanding job filling some big shoes.”
And lots about football. This is we are working with here.

  3. Yes,anybody who is famous will at some point be claimed to be Canadian,it’s our built-in inferiority complex, apparently.
This is understandable as NO Canadian has EVER done anything of note.
    Oh, except for David Suzuki.

  4. Yes, Heresolong. Yes it does.
Just kidding. Oh, by the way…..
…..Pay no attention to Chris, the little man tweeting, behind the curtain. He thinks everybody is a Canuckistani.

  5. Well I know that Robin Williams is Canadian. Of course after a change of marital status she is no longer Robin Williams.

  6. Wasn’t he a famous drug addict?
I had an uncle who died from a drug overdose, but he wash’t famous.
I didn’t go to his funeral either.
He didn’t have many wemon come to his funeral.
But he did leave a buch of lefty kids for Canada to raise.
His hippy wife abandoned them years ago.
We canadians pay her way as well.
Maybe Robin Williams left her some money.
    Guess we’ll never really know.
I’m not going to loose too mush sleep over it though.
Good night Canada, good night Robin Williams.

  7. @cdnkate, not sure where you got that tidbit. Pretty sure he was born in Chicago. I don’t think the family ever lived in Scotland.
Unless, of course, you are kidding, in which case I totally missed the joke.
