Another fine product of the progressive left. Guilt is a highly lucrative commodity when sold to the correct audience. My thoughts when viewing the “Chief” was that he will have to carefully plan his future breeding as he’s looking pretty diluted and must be getting close to the 1/16 racial purity (lottery?) threshold if he is concerned with passing down the windfall to his offspring. In the not too distant future, I suspect the threshold will have to be relaxed to 1/32 or 1/64 as such a good thing must carry-on, if only for the sake of the white pimp industry that employs all those lawyers and bureaucrats.
Maybe, considering what we get in return for our 1.2 billion a year the CBC sucks from us, maybe this is not such a bad deal?

That’s the point of publishing this information, band chiefs and councilors who spend too much of their band’s money on their own salary and benefits don’t tell the rest of their band how much of the band’s money is spent on the salary and benefits of the band chief and councilors.
This is the bunch that are screaming that we took their land, so whose doing the stealing now. As a taxpayer, I do believe we have paid for our property over and over.
Yesterday during PM Harper’s visit to Saskatoon, the local media took the opportunity to hear a few words from one of the Idle No More cretins. Yes, Idle No More was there to indulge in its perpetual orgy of whining and griping. The spokesperson stated that the government had no business making public the salaries of chiefs and band councillors since the government itself was “fraudulent”. The useless reporter, of course, did not press the matter even though the statement cried out for elaboration. Just another example of the cronic lefty complainers being allowed to take a free shot at the Conservatives via a compliant and lazy media.
It happens all across the country. Many years ago I was assisting a client of mine who was working up in northern ontario doing work for various first nation bands. He asked me to assist him on getting reports off to the government so they can receive their annual funding. While summarizing everything I noted continuous withdrawals from various high end stores and restaurants in Toronto nearly ever few days. I inquired and was eventually told that was withdrawn from band funds by the chiefs sister who lived in Toronto and had not been on the reserve in years and was not employed in any capacity for them but used band funds to live life high at taxpayers expense. I then handed information back to my client and said I do not want any involvement in this fraud. It happens all the time sadly and if you ask for an audit you get pegged a rascist.
Who the hell in their right mind considers 81 folks a NATION!!!!!! Only in Canada I suspect…..

Many of the FN’s near large centers have the same situation, our Westbank FN has about 10,000 residents, but only about 2000 of them are status Indians.
Chief Giesbrecht’s salary is only about $80,000, the $800,000 was a bonus commission paid to him for his part in negotiating an $8,000,000 contract with the Provincial government,for what, the MSM articles haven’t said.
If there ever IS true transparency in First Nations Bands, our pro-Indian media is in for a BIG shock when they find out that many Chiefs and Band Councillors also have companies that are paid big bucks to provide services to the Band. Theresa Spence’s spouse Clayton is one who took advantage of this situation.
Transparency will also disclose the nepotism rampant on most reserves,as the Chief and Councillors relatives take up ALL the government jobs,or run the businesses that contract to the Band.
It’s all one big happy money making family on a Reserve,with few exceptions,which is why the Chiefs will do ANYTHING but change the status quo.
If this revelation doesn’t stir up some real sh&t with government Indian Affairs it should really get the ire of all who pay taxes to go after the government to take action and clean up and clean out these fiefdoms.
