  1. I think it should go further. Men who have sex with women should have to have the equivalent of a pre-nuptial agreement in effect saying:
“This is casual sex. If you get pregnant that is your fault. You should have been using birth control. I do not want to raise your children or be financially responsible for you children.”

  2. While these rules are technically gender-neutral, the general assumption in campus activism is that the victim of nonconsensual heterosexual sex is female. Indeed, if there was a sudden rush of male students filing such charges against women who had failed to “ask first,” it’s likely that the activists would respond the same way battered women’s advocates did in the 1990s when their push for mandatory arrest in domestic violence cases led to more arrests of women: by crying backlash and claiming that male abusers are manipulating the system to punish their female victims.
yup, it looks like a biased agenda to me. The article ignores the fact that alcohol and drugs often play a big role in campus sexual games. There are many instances of willing participants after a few drinks, deciding they were raped when they wake up sober.

  4. They should regulate any $exual encounter to be “oral $ex” only and defined “oral $ex” as just talking about $ex. Problem then solved.

  5. Well this is one step closer to having consent forms signed in triplicate and mandatory videotaping of the activities in the event of a dispute.

  6. Next step tattooing a bar code on your… err bar.
Or an implanted chip. Give it a swipe and if the light turns green you are allowed to enter…

  7. “This year’s budget provides for a staggering 40% increase in the reimbursement rate for abortions in the MediCal program. Well over $5 million in taxpayer funds is set aside to fund abortions. Sick.”
What? You WANT these people breeding?

  8. Yeah…
And these are the same clowns a few years ago demanded Republicans stay the hell out of their bedrooms.
Funny how shite always floats back to the top..

  9. A bill written by voyeur lawyers — since the only way to have a sexual encounter without fear of legal repercussions will be to either have two lawyers present in the room representing each of the parties, or a full videotaping of every sexual encounter kept as evidence until the statute of limitations expires.

  10. one wonders how many male students will have to take a special course just to have their hand be able to give consent??

  11. They always risked being a daddy anyways and that never slowed too many fellas down.
Hormones, they’re an impulsive genetic prerogative kinda thing.
