Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

What They Say About SDA
"Smalldeadanimals doesn't speak for the people of Saskatchewan" - Former Sask Premier Lorne Calvert
"I got so much traffic after your post my web host asked me to buy a larger traffic allowance." - Dr.Ross McKitrick
Holy hell, woman. When you send someone traffic, you send someone TRAFFIC.My hosting provider thought I was being DDoSed. - Sean McCormick
"The New York Times link to me yesterday [...] generated one-fifth of the traffic I normally get from a link from Small Dead Animals." - Kathy Shaidle
"You may be a nasty right winger, but you're not nasty all the time!" - Warren Kinsella
"Go back to collecting your welfare livelihood." - Michael E. Zilkowsky
“I’m sorry, but the President is on a well earned holiday, maybe he can respond at another time, what did you say your name was?”
I detect a note of sarcasm here.
All minor problems. Kerry has stated that climate change is the most pressing danger the world faces. It’s such a comfort that Obama and by extension, Kerry recognize where the real priorities are. Such a comfort to know we are in good hands.
Ouch! That burn is going to leave a mark.
“I think that I’m a better speechwriter than my speechwriters. I know more about policies on any particular issue than my policy directors. And I’ll tell you right now that I’m gonna think I’m a better political director than my political director.” Barack Obama, 2007
And I bet now he’s a better chess player than Garry Kasparov.
That’s OK, Kasparov would be a better President.
If you like that chemical weapon you can keep it!
Kasparov figures out the ‘stupid’ gambit always used by Obama’s Gang of Marixsts. Check…and Mate!
Misruling only one planet must be so
boring for such intellectual giants.
Cut Barry-Kerry a bit of slack, please.
Obama’s tyranny and rise of his police state in the once freest nation on earth has become a sarcastic joke among open tyrannies – at least they do not disguise what they are.
The greatest question of the 21st century is how Obama has escaped impeachment, indictment and revolt – I guess they don’t make American revolutionaries like they used to.
So would my dog.
A dog that plays golf???
Precisely mine own sentiment.
He’s not that good at golf.
Mind you, neither is Obama
It’s what happens when people are comfortable. Nice houses, full fridges, leisure time … who wants to give that up or risk losing it by grabbing a gun and storming Washington (or worse, having the left come after your business and your reputation)? After all, it’s the kids and the grandkids that will suffer under debt, gov’t spying and the poor economy.
Tyranny sneaks in under opulence. Americans just have it too good and don’t want to risk it the way the American colonies’ settlers living in 1-room wooden cabins were willing to.
