  1. Wow,
What type of mentality does it take to eternally labor under the illusion and need to prove the partisan right is all good and the partisan left is all evil.
Is Justin T. an opportunist little idiot?……Yes!
Does that make PMSH the paragon of transparency and honesty he claimed he would bring to government?……F*ck No!
They are ALL politicians which means they are ALL self-interested little *ssholes who consistently put their parties’ interests ahead of the sheople’s.

  2. Heh, well, you wanted “to REALLY get to know Justin Trudeau”, so tell me you hypocritical, leftard, L.I.V. panty-throwing harpies – how do you like him now?
No, it doesn’t matter, does it? If it were an old, white-haired Conservative that pulled this you’d be calling for his head on a pike. But your pretty, precious, empty-headed fop does it, and not a peep. Where is your outcry of “attitude towards women”, you pretentious hypocritical harpies?

  3. CanObs,
I think a lot of people agree with you for the most part but we see so much media whoring for the left that there’s a knee-jerk reaction to counter it with a big push in the opposite direction.

  4. Some advice for the Parliamentary Press Gallery as it senses an opportunity for some big payback for their much hated enemy, PM Harper.
Coyne, Fife, Martin, Wells et al . . . If your Harper Hate On lasts longer than four hours, seek immediate medical treatment. Permanent damage can occur, your credibility might never recover.
As bad as Canadian journalism is these days, you should at least pretend to be impartial. It is your drooling that is the tell.
Or in the case of Wells, the pile of vomit.

  5. I thank you for a polite, honest and rational response. Not something I encounter here very often.
The sooner we realize that ALL politicians are eventually infected by a corrupted system(Ralph Klein called it “Dome Disease”)the sooner we can get to work on saving democracy, before they completely squander our futures.

  6. I await the CBC going wall to wall on this story, like they did yesterday with the supposedly earth shattering allegations against Wright and the PMO. But it will likely be given quiet passage and little notice as it is just an allegation. Funny how that works isn’t it?

  7. The allegations about Senator Kenney are over 20 years old. They were reported at length in Frank Magazine (by Glen McGregor, I believe) back in the 90s, same story: perv uses his tanning salon to nail young skank, surprised he’s still doing it.
The Hill media covered this story up for two full decades, not just since August. A Conservative senator sneezes and it gets reported.

  8. He had all these allegations against him before the limbs appointed him
And no cbcpravda has this story pushed back with no mention of the shines pony knowing about this in august
Check out their lead stories. Stuck on Duffy
And lady o’malice. Stuck on stupid and the same

  9. “What did he know? And when? Yes or No! Smoking Gun! RCMP investigating . . !” Oh wait, it’s shiny pony? Move along, nothing to see here.
Up next, troubling new allegations for Toronto Mayor Rob Ford.
Push back hard. They are ruining western civilization one dumbed down comment, snide remark and specifically chosen adjective at a time.

  10. Sorry but these allegations are a little more than just “sexual harassment”. I mean the story of the girl in the tanning salon sounds more like a rape to me.

  11. Yes, but the girl is what some here would call a “skank” so she isn’t allowed justice.
This asshole is a rapist, but proving it when the accuser isn’t a Nun will be very difficult. With all the other accusations, though, it seems this young woman may have been the victim and Kenny is the skank.
As for Justin, another day, another blunder, another reason no one in their right mind would consider this guy for the top job in Parliament.

  12. I will say this right here right now!!
I guarantee the ONLY reason the cbc is covering this at all is because they KNOW…THEY KNOW!! Than sun news will blow the story ..and once again point out the left wing media party bias yet again …So if you don’t like sun news that’s fine but just know tat they have the othern etworks shaking in there boots!! SHAKING!!
Someone who may be small but packs a massive punch has showed up to the media party and they aren ot happy and there name is Sun news !!!
    Great job sun!! great job!

  13. A 1960 300SL was recently sold for 1.6 million dollars at auction, it would be interesting to know what the 1957 300SL that Justin inherited was valued at for Revenue Canada’s purposes.

  14. Junior Trudeau involved in a coverup. Is he a man of action or inaction?
Is there doubt that Junior Trudeau sets the standard for acting and responding to actions of members of his Liberal caucus now that the Colin Kenney scandal has leaked out.
First it is important that we establish that his actions go back to many years ago in 2001 when Liberal Carolyn Parrish was told of complaints about Kenny’s treatment of two staff members and his explosive reaction when she confronted him. Kenney’s actions were common knowledge amongst all Liberals for years now.
Now we learn that Kenney’s former assistant, 25-year-old Pascale Brisson outlined her allegations against Kenny, to Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau in August, and eventually quit her job in September after working for three months in Kenny’s office. Trudeau ignored her and never replied.

  15. Look to see in-depth hard-hitting investigations by a team of crack reporters from the Red Star to be all over this story for the next three months, until Kenney breaks.

  16. Not until we get rid of the terribly biased left wing media can we salvage democracy. The media is far to the left and it tries on a daily basis, almost like Chinese water torture, to drum its version of reality into the heads of people. And when a state supported propaganda organization like the CBC gets involved in the indoctrination, that makes it all the worse.

  17. So, Canadian Observer, when are you going to run for office? If you won’t, then who should?
    Someone’s gotta do it.

  18. Great idea, but only as an independent!
And not until some of the power has been taken back from these utterly self-absorbed parties and returned to the people. Maybe a start would be making free votes(you know, the ones where WE count)the norm in parliament.
How about this…. the parties stop campaigning 24/7/12/365/4 and voters get at least some input more than once every 4 years. Funny I don’t see these topics directly addressed on partisan blogs. Waaaaasy to much name-calling and mud-flinging to accomplish first, I guess.
Don’t you ever wonder if these never-ending partisan civil wars being waged in the west are a perfect diversion from the absolute incompetence all parties actually demonstrate? They sure help obscure the fact I have not witnessed a true LEADER from ANY federal party in my lifetime. Just look at the heartbreaking waste of tax dollars as these two ideologies bumped heads over the long gun registry. That is but ONE example, we all know there are billions upon billions more that have been squandered by political incompetence perpetrated by ALL the parties.
How much time and megabucks has been squandered these last decades on ships and aircraft we have still yet to see. There are COUNTLESS more similar examples of why a prosperous nation such as ours is under a crushing debt load that continues to grow while we virtually ignore our unfunded liabilities we cannot even hope to meet.
Thanks so much, LPC and CPC.

  19. Please see:

As did Carolyn Parrish, M.P., apparently, who still sits behind Mr. Trudeau, Jr.
Naked from the waist down? Really?
Funny, that: he was assistant “Chief of Staff”, or assistant “Principal Secretary” to PET, and he owned a tanning salon on the side, somewhere in there? Really? I’m sorry, but did Mr. Trudeau, Sr., er, know precisely what Mr. Kenny was doing with his own private funds, exactly? Scandal!
Which is a case in point about why I am a partisan…with my pants up (keeping my pants up on the initial encounter hasn’t much hurt me, actually, if truth be told).

  20. I’ve come to the realization that whenever justin makes one these “policy” statements, he’s not really trying to tell the folks what policy he wants to plant his flag. He does so out of frustration that the journo’s didn’t give him the right question for his pre-written answer about how mean the big bad Harper government is. Being the type that has been used to being the centre of attention, or perhaps not enough its hard to know which, he becomes agitated if he isn’t getting his way. And being the guy the liberal party believes to be their political messiah, no one dares question him or their belief. Such that his behaviour continues.
The first time I got confirmation about this was his comments about Canada doing poorly because of Alberta. He really wanted to be able to associate the talking point directly to Stephen Harper, but because the facts show otherwise, he had to stretch his logic to the breaking point to make his poorly worded statement. Poorly worded, not because he can’t conjugate a sentence, but because of an inability to debate outside the liberal echo chamber.
And there won’t be any change in justin’s behaviour due to his ingrained sense of privilage.
This observation is not made out of malice, but of opinion.
