The individuals in that room who chose to remain silent are complicit in this crime and should be charged. What Hasan did is commit the crime and he will be punished accordingly. What they did was act like cowards and allow the crime to be committed. It was vile and despicable and worthy of the same punishment as Hasan.

The failure to address the obvious is a battle lost before it has been waged. What kind of person sits in a room with someone who wants to kill others and says nothing? That Hasan may die for his “workplace violence” will certainly niggle Obama but will it bother everyone else? Dead men tell no tales. They certainly don’t blather on how compliant everyone has been about this killing spree.
Points for style but government does not require political correctness to be incompetent. Failing to see the obvious and taking the least rational option is the normal state of all governments in all nations throughout all of history regardless of political affiliation. Exceptions to this rule are rare and generally short-lived.
The only way to get the new USSA army to lock you up as a psychotic is to be seen read the constitution papers or with a gladsten tattoo or any other outward sign of true patriotism. Th greatest crime in the new Amrika is remembering your freedoms and how things were before the coup.
When every life is precious and every sentence could hurt someones feelings you know that social activists are now in complete control. The Universities and socialist professors have done a fine job in neutering independence as well as destroying critical thinking as shown by the vast majority of the MSM. Interesting that his emails had been monitored for quite some time and regardless of the content, no intervention was effected. I think American jihadists can breathe a collective sigh of relief knowing that the NSA is on the job and will no doubt follow the same PC course.
The Jihadists don’t have to do anything except sit back and watch the unraveling of a once free society since all the attention is turned to our own citizens. All potential terrorists. The mention of “psychotic” worries me – will Hasan get off as not guilty due to insanity?
Psychotics are never forgiven for their mental illness because they understand what they are doing is wrong and are very likely to lie about it to cover it up. A true nutcase says Adolph Hitler told him to kill someone and he makes no attempt to cover anything up.
