   The defence teams at Gitmo have run into this sort of problem already. Attempts to use Wikileaks docs to bolster their clients’ cases have flopped.
   Why?
   Because the judge pointed out that the defence attorneys could not use illegally obtained US classified information in a US court of law.

   What congress needs is a 3rd party – a populist constitutionalist party detached from the oligachy networks that control the other two corrupt parties to tip the balance of power in congress from the political mobsters to the people.

It’s not a big scandal because the vast majority of the American public are apathetic and do not care, because the MSM is so corrupted by Obama-love that they will not seriously go after him, and because the Republicans wrapped themselves in the “Fight Terrism!” cloth years ago and BELIEVE IN WHAT THE NSA IS DOING.
    Of the three, I think the last one is actually the most damaging to the Republic. The nominally conservative party in America is little more now than a group of pro-big-corporation, pro-big-government (so long as it’s THEM running said big government), pro-big-military fools. There’s little hope America can recover her former stature so long as that is true.
