  2. A very interesting discussion about TDF’s (True Dope Fils aka Justine the True Dope) Union connection going on in the comments over at PWells blog here: http://www2.macleans.ca/2013/06/19/justin-trudeau-and-unions/
Some seem to be suggesting TDF started getting speaking gigs from certain groups as a way to get around the election financing laws which would have applied starting with his nomination On April 29, 2007. It appears some people would think anything about the True Dopian Dynasty and its current Patriarch. Cynicism towards our political leaders runs deep.
    I’m shocked and confused.

  3. If true the guy is incredibly stupid if he thinks he’ll get away with this.

  4. Just a crazy late night thought, what if Trudeau is a sacrificial pony for the Liberals?
To clean the slate, send him to the glue factory, and find a “new hope” for 2015?
Nah, never mind, they are that enamored with the poof, and his “hair to Canada” Crown.
    (sorry for the puns)

“Climate experts have long predicted that temperatures would rise in parallel with greenhouse gas emissions. But, for 15 years, they haven’t. In a SPIEGEL interview, meteorologist Hans von Storch discusses how this “puzzle” might force scientists to alter what could be “fundamentally wrong” models.”
“SPIEGEL: Mr. Storch, Germany has recently seen major flooding. Is global warming the culprit?
Storch: I’m not aware of any studies showing that floods happen more often today than in the past.”

“We ran the idea of amending the name past two focus groups…
They were of one mind – that the effect of the name change, if it has an effect at all, will be positive.”

“By whatever name we are known, we are trying harder than ever to be identified first and foremost as a positive contributor to Fauquier County life.”
Yep. Democrat is a negative word.

  8. Am I reading this right? Is Bob Rae bails out of parliament because his “professional” activities interfere with his being an MP?! I wonder what a list of his outside “professional” fees would reveal when stacked up against his voting record?

An ex federal Liberal leader is going to negotiate for a FN with an even more “activist” Liberal provincial government. I’m sure the taxpayers will come out ahead?!?
