1. Yes it will, and at the speed more people finally see how long they have been had and how blind they where. The Conservatives won’t even take any responsibility and will support the same measures the progs put in to save their backsides from the people that are left that have some useful convictions.

   1. It’s chilling isn’t it? The prime minister is now allowed to stiffle the representative of constituencies in parliament? This is absolute proof that democracy in Canada is over if it ever existed. The pretenses have now been removed. The only reason to vote now is that it pisses them off.

      The CPC should immediately pledge to if elected pass legislation to put a stop to this and use the notwithstanding clause to do it.

      Although now even if a CPC majority is won the libtards can just bribe their way to overturning it anyway.

9. The Canadian Parliament pointless.

   – The government MPs are not required to answer the questions asked.

   – The Prime Minister rarely shows up. MPs can vote virtually.

   -The watchdogs and opposition parties don’t have access to documents and reports because the government classifies everything they don’t want seen as cabinet confidentiality, national security or protecting corporate partners. If that doesn’t work then they prorogue.

   – The government can now silence and even jail opposition MPs for speaking in Parliament with this new Supreme Court ruling

   – Government MPs in parlimentaty committees can turn off cameras and forbid record keeping.

   – There’s no consequences for fraud, corruption, cronyism and mismanagement

   The Canadian version of the Westminister Parliamentary System is absolutely ridiculous and corrupt. Zero checks and balances on government. Perfect for the authoritarian kleptocracy that taxes Canadians into poverty while enriching themselves and their cronies in Canada and in foreign countries.

      It’s worse , he was there when the Conservatives wanted him to stand and answer to what’s happened to Canada at the Liberals hand while his minions stood and made excuses and lied, Carnigula sat there and laughed like a malicious coward .

      1. At this point, I have very little interest in Canadian politics including the conservative party. The Canadian system is rotten to the core and can not be reformed. All federal politicians and their parties pretend there’s nothing wrong while collecting their paychecks, pensions and annual raises.

         You’d think the floor crossing parade of politicians over the last few months would have made voters understand that voting makes no difference in the Canadian political system. Reform will only happen with independence.

   2. Parliament is useless. The dictators in the Deputy Minister offices run the show. MPs, except in rare instances, simply do the bidding for the bureaucrats. All these draconian and degenerate laws are being pushed by senior civil servants.
