  4. Yes, frantic calls would have been made. And if Chelsea had been the US ambassador to Libya, and was murdered and dragged through the streets after the Obama administration ordered troops in Italy to stand down, there’s zero chance that her mother would arrogantly and testily dismiss critics of the administration’s inaction with “What difference, at this point, does it make?”
