Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Not a single mention int he BBC story of the ban on fox hunting in Britain. How’s that for ‘an inconvenient truth?’
I lived in London until 2011, the foxes roamed freely like they own the place. As a North American, I shocked my British friends by picking up stones and nailing the suckers as they scurried off. The English have become a totally passive culture, ripe for easy manipulation by their overlords (BBC). Couldn’t leave that putrid decadent city quickly enough.
“They are coming closer, collecting food, rolling over, even allowing petting – in some instances the behaviour is more dog-like than fox-like,”
It’s a wonderful world……. especially if your a trapper near a city in England, all you need is a club.
On the other hand, I think David’s going to make it, and not only because his name is David — which, apparently, I’m supposed to apologize for en masse.
I think he talks a lot with Stephen Harper, who’s pretty much scary smart, even if his name is not, you know, David.
I wish David the best in the Scottish Referendum and the European Referendum — both of which I’m pretty certain he’ll win. Question: Is there a place for Argentina in British Empire?
I know several old duffers who’d be happy to set up trap lines in and around London.. however, if a muzzy accidentally steps into a big Conibear.. that’s just too bad… health and safety rules say they have to move back to Pakistan, to avoid the traps..
This definitely calls for a fox gender awareness outreach program.
Maybe the lil bast%%ds are just confused?
Y’know, fox hunting in the suburbs, using those little electric scooters COULD catch on!
Might prove even more popular to young Brits than rioting!
“…Is there a place for Argentina in British Empire?”
Sure is. At least a little piece. Or maybe it’s the other way round – is there a place for a little bit of the BE in Argentina?
I’ll tell you one thing – with Jughead in the Whitehouse, and Nutless in Whitehall, there’s never been a better time for Buenos Aires to scoop las Malvinas.
Then there’s McChimpy’ MorOntario, where Pit Bulls are banned but predator protection has coyotes attacking kids on a frequent basis – but hey, that’s a protected sustainable natural resource, what the frig are humans doing living in Coyote territory. Tax and regulate the people into the city don’t control wild predators. This ain’t yer Pappy’s MNR.

The Falkland Islanders will be choking on their own blood (or, maybe, their G&Ts) — long after Ms. Kirchner has left the scene.
General Galtieri and Ms. Kirchner, aside, I’m pretty good with Argentina joining Canada, er, sorry, the BE — my wife’s been there, and, as she describes it, it’s pretty much a capitalist riot!
