OMG! What can you say to such stupidity. Last winter there was little snow and global warming was to blame. This year there is lots of snow (plus asteroids, apparently) and — you guessed it — global warming is to blame. As Marc Morano of Climate Depot says, “Global warming causes less snow, except when it causes more snow.”
He further elaborated: “No matter what the weather is like, it always turns out to be exactly the kind of weather we should expect if human activity were causing global temps to rise.”

I heard Limbaugh talking about this today. He wasn’t trying to excuse her, but pointed out the nature of the world she lives in – global warming is never doubted and is affecting everything! I’m just glad Nye didn’t think she was kidding and go along with the joke. Within hours it would have been accepted fact and would survive any attempt at clarification.

Guys, guys guys….give your heads a shake. Global warming (human-induced of course) causes droughts. floods, blizzards, asteroids, acne, cancer, STDs, sun spots as well as sand storm on Mars. If you don’t believe me, just ask Suzuki.
When are you guys going to get with the program. and junk your SUVs and get on a bicycle. After all,Vancouve Mayor Moonbeam and his council spent $8 million on bike lanes that no-one uses, so there is lots of room for the environmentally-aware folks among us…should be no problem for them, since few of them pay any taxes…
We can fix everything by increasing the carbon tax. No matter how serious, tax increases will always be the answer. If you can’t believe our politicians, just who can you believe ?
