This isn’t about a commenting problem. The server is having little hissy fits in which certain ip numbers are forbidden from accessing the site at all. Instead, they get this page.
The problem seems to be transient, which is good, because I can’t figure out what’s doing it yet.
In the end, it’s always about Bad JuJu. 😉
I have encountered this problem in the recent past when I wanted to visit several of my frequently viewed news-aggregator and political commentary sites. In my case I use Mozilla Firefox as my web browser exclusively. Assuming that this problem occurs specifically with Firefox, please note that this web browser has several privacy and security settings within it that may be responsible.
In my case I was able to rid myself of the blocked site problem by going to the browser menu and clicking on “Tools” and then selecting the “options” on the pull down menu. Clicking “options” opens a window and selecting the “security” tab you will find a line that says “Block reported attack sites” with a checked box next to it. Merely un-checking this box has completely relieved me of this “blocked site” nuisance. Please note that you may have to repeat this step each time that Firefox updates itself to a newer version.

The SDA FORBIDDEN page happened to me using the Chromium browser, so no it’s _not_ specific to Firefox.

A site I visit regularly has experienced random problems with a Google pop-up warning of malware. The site owner/admin repeatedly said there was no malware or viruses. What’s odd about it is that it was irregular.
You might communicate with them and see if it’s something in common.

I was locked out and seriously considered PHONING Kate, seeing that I couldn’t access her email address, ’cause I was locked out. The rejection was demoralizing, but I’m over it. 🙂
Re. the Captcha, the letters are hard to decipher; the recent one MAY have included a t or maybe an f. At any rate, my comment was held for approval.
And here I thought I was blocked because I had used the word “poppycock” and got caught in the filters or something.

I did get that “forbidden page” but your above link to what we supposedly would have seen is not what I saw Saturday morning whilst trying to connect. I did no screen capture but the last line; point 5 or 6 was pointed and explicitly saying dont be a constant ass or obnoxious “…;luser” exact spelling of luser. ( in context imagine the stressed vowel u ).
