  17. This is a terrible setback for Torontonians,who,I agree DO deserve Olivia Chow as Mayor.
    And Jack Layton, a “decent and honorable man”,according to the CBC, died of prostate cancer,not aids.
    That 13 year old registered massage therapist did NOT have AIDS!

  18. Jack Layton may have succumbed to AIDS-related cancer, but the agent of his passing is of no huge concern. That chapter is over with. As my father used to say, it’s “the living” which are more dangerous, and now we have O-live-ia here to confirm that. No matter what her ambition, it will be detrimental in its effect. It seems to be the legacy of the Left, regardless of the geography or level of government.

  24. As the old saying goes, “you never kick a person, when they’re down” comes to mind in regards to Ms. Chow’s affliction.
    In regards to the cause of Jack Layton’s death, well the man has passed. Whether it was cancer, or HIV\AIDS related, or a stubbed toe, it really doesn’t matter, he’s gone and the building of a legend won’t succeed.
    But, having said all that, maybe this is what karma payback looks like, who knows?
    What else can one say?

  31. For Ms. Chow’s sake, I hope the paralysis does go away. I know someone who had Ramsey Hunt Syndrome who was told it could take up to 10 months for the paralysis to go away or it might be permanent. Lucky for my friend, it more or less disappeared after a few weeks, leaving her, however, with permanent vertigo because of inner ear damage due to shingles.
    Fortunately, if the dizziness happens, Ms. Chow is no stranger to that condition.

  33. The connection is everything. Just look at the similarity to Trudeau. If his last name was anything else he would barely qualify to work at Walmart. We have a nation where half the population believes the National Enquirer carries real news. Our political system runs on sizzle, not steak.
