As an aside and to be clear, I haven’t been dressed by my mother since I was three. What’s up with that?
“Controversial” is considered anything NOT openly and radically gay, interracial, feminist, or moral, along with anything else considered traditional or status quo especially if it has survived with a prosperous track record.
“Controversial” is considered anything that is NOT intentionally destroying western civilization.

Didn’t know SDA was controversial. Not politically correct perhaps, variety of opinions, say it as we see it and even welcome lefty trolls. Seems pretty mainstream to me for bringing up all the news and alerts that the MSM is afraid to touch. I personally get more news from this site than any other source and value the diversity of opinions presented without wondering if anyone will be offended. The high level of intelligence shown so often on this site sure beats the blank looks offered by friends and inlaws when raising issues they know little about and care about even less.
