“My Shitzu has puppy’s from my Bulldog, I call them Bullshitz.”
(Interchange bulldog with Man Bear Pig,,,same thing)

  2. on second thought,,,the Shitzu won’t do it.
(something about self respect or some other doggy thing)

  3. Hold on scienticians…From the article;
“this is not a common occurrence by any stretch of the imagination”.
“The hybrids were extraorindarily abundant, accounting for up to 20 percent of black-tip populations in some areas,”.
The whole article is riddled with “I don’t know”,”maybe’s” and a few “we don’t understand”
If these guys want to be taken seriously they should get help from the IPCC to clean up their press releases.Sheesh,amateurs.

  4. Next it will be a polar bear mating with a bunny. Now that would be something. A Bunny bear.
We have mules Lady, where do you think they came from .Sheesh!

  5. Global warming. Of course, how could it be anything else but.
Shoot, we already know that increased incidents of moldy bread in students dorm rooms to the decreasing ability of women over 48 to bear children? Global warming. Duh.

  6. From the article:
The Australian black-tip is slightly smaller than its common cousin and can only live in tropical waters, but its hybrid offspring have been found 2,000 kilometres down the coast, in cooler seas.
It means the Australian black-tip could be adapting to ensure its survival as sea temperatures change because of global warming.
“If it hybridises with the common species it can effectively shift its range further south into cooler waters, so the effect of this hybridising is a range expansion,” Morgan said.
Um, the seas are supposed to be getting warmer, because of the alleged global warming, right? So, the sharks are adapting to warmer oceans by mating with other species that live in colder water.
If that’s the case, it’s hard to tell which species is more stupid – the sharks, or the AGW proponents.

  7. In line with Kevin B. – Why wouldn’t sharks just move when the climate changes? It’s not like they have to sell their house.

  8. “This is evolution in action.”
So how many times do they have to breed with other sharks before they grow legs?

  9. or maybe, just maybe……..
We don’t know jack about what really happens around us but we think we know

  10. So what do you get when you mate a chihuahua with a St. Bernard?
    -A Taco Bell Rescue Dog?

  11. “So how many times do they have to breed with other sharks before they grow legs?”
    Aren’t those called lawyers?

  12. “mating with sharks that live in cooler waters.”

Made me smile, and reminded me of Bill Clinton.
    Is he still alive?

  13. Interesting that it has adapted to COOLER water, not warmer. So evolution is preparing for global cooling – why aren’t we?

  14. Hybrids are not a good idea, just look at the Hybrid in the Oval office at this time and tell me …. can a black – tipped president do a good job?

  15. As Joey mentions, WUWT nails it.
Money line = “Would you believe that one of the oldest creatures on Earth, which have managed to survive 500 million years over all sorts of temperature global temperature swings far greater, is sensitive to SST changes of 0.15 degree per decade enough to go on a panic breeding frenzy to save itself?”
Why are no journalists capable of such a simple yet powerful question?

  16. Meanwhile, Canadian scientists believe they have convincing evidence that similar hybridization may be occuring among politicians.
“Genetic testing showed certain MPs and MPPs to be Liberals, when physically they looked and tried to act as if they were Conservatives” said Dr. Polly Wog, director of Landowner U’s Generic Research Laboratory in Pumphandle, Ontario.
“However, nobody should be worried that these hybrids will proliferate” continued Dr. Wog. “They have no capacity to reproduce. At first we thought it was an infertilty issue, like mules – but now we realize it is simple impotence.”

  17. Somehow the journalist bozos will find a way to blame George Bush for this as they do for most everything else.Like someone said sharks have been evolving for thousands of years and have survived much more dramatic climate change than this fart in a hurricane that sleazuki and the goracle keep lying about.

  18. In line with Kevin B. – Why wouldn’t sharks just move when the climate changes? It’s not like they have to sell their house.

Their mortgages are all under water.

  19. “If it hybridises with the common species it can effectively shift its range further south into cooler waters, so the effect of this hybridising is a range expansion,” Morgan said.
“It’s enabled a species restricted to the tropics to move into temperate waters.”

So then wouldn’t this mean that global warming is nothing to worry about because all the critturs will just adapt and become even more resilient????
