  4. Alfred Nobel must be doing 20,000 rpm in his grave. If he knows about this,I bet he wishes he was still around,so he could stick some of his TNT
    up the butts of some of the “winners” of his Peace Prize! With a very short fuse.

  7. Unfortunately, liberals give themselves credit for attempts. They don’t insist on results only intentions. They intended peace so they congratulate themselves for the attempt and if the results are less than they anticipated…well…there is always someone else to take the blame.

  9. Yeah I remember that 93 Oslo thing….ironically the fiercely anti-semetic, Norwegians are the Palestinians biggest supporters/apologists.
    Currently at even at the UN, PA Abbas has declared that the PA will NEVER recognize Isreal…NEVER. Like how much clearer can it be made.
    It’s like the Pali’s andament refusal to view the temple mount as a jewish holy site…
    Meanwhile when THEY pray towards Mecca, on the Temple Mount they turn their backsides to the Al Aqsa Mosque. They allow their kids to play soccer on the Temple Mount. Then to top it off when they riot on the Temple Mount, they trash the interior of the Mosque….
    Right to return? Just before the 47-48 end of the British mandate, 30,000 Syrians flooded into Palestine.
    I recall a converstion with a “Palestinian” about the right to return…to “their” house…the truth is most property was owned by the Sabra(Jews) or by absentee landlords who then sold to the Sabra….the Sabra having bought the house naturally turfed out the arab squaters….
    The Palestinian’s response….”See, see!…you know! That’s how the Jews stole our land….they bought it!”
    Oh yeah about those refugees from the 1948 War….they fled on the direction of the attacking arab armies…who didn’t fancy having to sort out Jews and arabs…so told the arabs to flee because the arab armies intended to engage in total destruction…literally “kill ’em all and let Allah sort them out.”
    IOW genocide….a intent they still unabashedly, implacably declare to this very day….

The 18 year-old (and counting) disaster that followed the fatally-flawed Oslo Accords will prove to be a walk in the park if the Israeli government follows through with its insane “Two State Solution” plan. That will result in the wholesale abandonment of Judea and Samaria (the West Bank) to the most extreme of terrorist organizations. Samaria, in particular, is of utmost strategic value for the Jewish State and must not be relinquished under any circumstance.

    Yup. Magical thinkers of the first order: “I hope for/intend it, therefore it is.”
    We have a joke in our family about a progressive we knew who after we’d gone through a difficult time told us, “I was going to send you flowers,” as though the good intention had been fulfilled and that’s all she had to do to show her compassion.
    Now, if we haven’t come through on something, we look ruefully at one another and say, “I was going to send you flowers …” 😉
    The Nobel committee in 1993 was going to send the world a bouquet … with a bomb in the middle. You’d almost think they were another arm of the U.N.
