I am a medical doctor and I recall a Muslim man came to my office recently complaining of headache, nausea, achy joints etc. I examined him. I then brought out of bucket with some blood in the bottom and told him to urinate and defecate in that bucket then stick his head in it for a couple of minutes. He looked puzzled, but I insisted. He complied and minutes later said he felt much better.
I told him that he was just homesick.
