There are very few policies of the Left that have damaged our country more than the deliberate division of citizens into different ethnic groups. Such policies are also extremely racist … by definition.

That’s what gets me to, Robert – these arrogant MF’s have the nerve to call me racist when I treat everybody the same, regardless of race creed or color.
That includes (unfortunately) CoSoMoFo Liberals.

Thank you for stating this Robert. It can’t be repeated enough. To expand on that obsevation:

“This is not inconsistent with the core philosophy of dystopian identity politics as enforced by its social engineering gate keepers. The seeming hypocrisy of reverse discrimination springs from the fact that radical group identity politics is all about repressing the majority (or host western culture) for perceived past and current sins of oppressing minorities. In that deluded world view it is impossible for any member of a western culture majority group to be oppressed or discriminated against – conversely, this also means it is impossible for a so called minority identity group to be biased/prejudiced.
Once you understand this basic logical fallacy of progressive dystopic identity group politics is intentional and calculated, it becomes clear the underlying effect/purpose of modern dystopian identity politics (AKA diversity/multicult/affirmative action) is not to end social injustice as originally intended, but to stir it up and focus it at the majority – and keep social friction at a peak so the pent up anger can be harvested as proof there needs to be more government intervention in common every day interpersonal relations. In pith and substance modern identity politics is social engineered bureaucratic racism/discrimination enforced to create a percieved need for expanding government.
Now that this is all clear, let’s mobilize to stamp out the injustice of dystopic identity group politics. Either we are all equal or we are slaves of a class system run by elitists.”
The truth is always refreshing. This racist and divisive policy by the Liberals was already going on prior to official state multiculturalism. I remember hearing from some older angry Canadians way back that the census takers insisted that they could not simply self-identify as Canadian. They needed to indicate if they were Irish-Canadian, English-Canadian, Japanese-Canadian or whatever. They simply considered themselves Canadian regardless of where their grandparents came from.
“…the deliberate division of citizens into different ethnic groups. Such policies are also extremely racist … by definition.”
Here’s a first: an SDA guest blogger calls the Harper Conservatives racist!
Then again, in order to actually to be racist, you first have to view visible minority Canadians as human beings rather than political props…
Hey, everybody.
Let’s just wear what chesterfield says it’s OK to wear.
It is futile to resist.
As Ayn Rand pointed out, the smallest minority on earth is the individual.
This is perfectly in line with the UN’s global government plans. Their idea for a global government is based on the EU where the bureaucracy runs the show and Parliament is made up of NGO’s, regional representatives…and ethnic/religious representatives. Individuals are not allowed – you have to belong to a group and that group has to meet with other groups to form a “consensus” on how to move forward. I wish people would realize that “progressive” parties are all on board with this construct. We have to stop voting for major parties.
I never state what ethnic background to anyone, neither to my employer and certainly not to my government. As I wrote in a letter to the Globe and Mail many years ago, I have a Welsh grandfather, I come from the Isle of Wight, I dislocate my shoulder easily, I am my own minority.
