   Greece did what every single “Ministry of” and gubmint body does in Canada when pleading for other people’s money. You can’t have any money left on the books when you apply for more free money.
   Spend it or get it off the books. In fact the more you spend the more you’re rewarded. So always run a deficit, the bigger the better.
   Socialism itself is the scam, whatever the felons do to each other working the big scam is just regular operating procedure for crooks.
   Lying about running out of other peoples money is trifling. Every single government institution, board, Ministry Of, Department, or committee operates that way once it’s clamped onto the public teat.
   “Spend it, make it disappear, or else you’ll be penalized”
   “Better spend that money before the end of the fiscal year or you won’t get more, your budget will be reduced”
   Government gets more money only when they spend. The more spending, the more they get. The E.U. rewards waste in the public sector just like our government does here in Canada, so Greece makes as much money as they can disappear so they can milk the tax payer for as much as they possibly can.
   The austerity measures are just more theatre for a bigger cut.

   How do you ever expect socialists to change their fiscally profligate ways when there are no dire consequences? Knowing Canadian money would be used to prop up this collectivist Eruo banking cabal, why would anyone with conservative values sign on? Another unconservative act silent Steve will probably never have to answer for.
