Very interesting news is coming out of California surrounding the raid of Solyndra Inc. by the FBI. As Jeff Bliss reports, George Kaiser, who is one of Obama’s key fundraisers, has had 16 meetings with Obama aides at the White House, 11 of them in 2009. His first recorded meeting at the White House was on March 12, 2009. That same month was when the U.S. Energy Department awarded Solyndra the $535 Million loan guarantee to commercialize its cylindrical solar panels.
So what’s the connection? Kaiser’s firm, Argonaut Ventures and its affiliates, are the single largest shareholder of Solyndra.
Furthermore, as you will hear in this discussion between John Batchelor and Jeff Bliss, beginning at 9:40, there are strong suspicions that not all of that $535 Million remained at Solyndra. Some believe that a portion of it ended up in Democrat Party political campaigns.

Money laundering is criminal if you do it, but it’s ‘da usual bizness’ for our esteemed political classes. They will tie this up in legal wrangling for years and then slap around a few low-level execs, none of these people will go to bed hungry however.
My bet is a blogger or independent journalist breaks this story. The MSM will do it’s part to bury it.

This doesn’t pass the straight face test. There is obvious criminality in this whole affair. However, like adscam in Canada a decade ago, it will all be swept under the rug, and there will be no consequences to any of the sleaze bags surrounding this thing. I hope I’m wrong.

Congress is controlled by the GOP – they have the ability to investigate and the power to supeona (SP) the FBI isn’t likely to participate in the cover-up and the DOJ can’t block a congressional investigation (i’m pretty sure that’s the case). Let’s see what the gop does in the coming months – esp this spring…

The ironic thing is that this new costly highly automated money pit was built as a replacement
for the now also closed older high cost people intensive manual production facility next door.

Well maybe for a while if there is now little debt to repay. So even the constantly repeated
“more green jobs coming here” mantra from Obamugabe was a lie.

After all, the Obama administration hasn’t bragged about all the individual “small” campaign fund donations coming in to total up to some unGodly high figure. But, like in 2008 it will happen again and the FEC will, again, be indifferent.
