Don’t you know anything about prohibition? Banning something does not make it go away, it just puts money in seedy peoples hands.
If you want to inflict a fatal blow on the Mexican cartels, legalize it and sell it yourself. Just like they did with alcohol.
The only problem for when they do eventually legalize it (get used to it), is that they will jack it up with actual harmful stuff to increase it’s shelf-life.
