Up until Walker’s showdown with the Democratic state senators, Koch had never seen a photograph of the governor. He didn’t know him at all. But now the protesters occupying the Wisconsin state capitol were calling Walker a “Koch Whore.”

Typical left wing method of operating.
And there was so little truck between Walker and Koch that Walker didn’t recognize the ‘prank’ caller’s voice wasn’t Koch’s.
This is typical of the left. They set the scene, create the lie, execute the lie and then protest the fantasy as though it were the truth.
Gotta be up before breakfast for these morons and we had better start if we don’t already.
This is just the kind of stuff that brings down nations and well before the dust settles we have cretins running things.
And THAT is when it gets very scary. Concentration camp type scary.
Then, again, the argument could be made we have candidates for that description right here working for the CBC!
The funny thing is that California does NOT have:
– Koch Brothers
– A Republican governor
– A Republican legislature
– Anti-union laws
– Recent tax cuts
– A ban on collective bargaining
yet the state is still reeling from a huge budget gap, cash flow problems, high taxes, underfunded pensions, mass layoffs of government workers, furlough days, service cuts, budget cuts, and union concessions. And despite all that, they still need to cut more.
Too bad Jerry Brown doesn’t have billionaires and Republicans to blame his troubles on.
Hi, I’m Emmanuel Goldstein and this is my brother Emmanuel Goldstein.
Snowbunnie … we are already at the “things being run by cretins” stage…
He’s a “Coke” whore? That’s how it’s pronounced, no?
He’s a “Coke” whore? That’s how it’s pronounced, no?
Darn you…you beat me to it. The article clearly says “Koch” is pronounced “Coke” (somewhere, some leftist is trying to figure out why that’s a vast-right-wing conspiracy, too!)
So the left is so desperate to make its stupid non-point that they don’t even bother figuring out how to pronounce the name of the men they’re attacking.
By the way, can anyone here explain to my why it’s horrible the Koch brothers — who grew their company tremendously — are big, bad evil for giving their own private money to political causes, but that forcing people to pay union dues (which then go to Democrat/liberal pols and causes) is above board and “freedom”?
I try to figure it out, but attempting to (non) think like a leftist makes my head hurt.
Koch Brothers bad, Soros or soroS if you prefer is good. People that own businesses bad, climate crooks good. People with guns bad, people without guns…well it had to end sometime.
Yes American left, please chase Koch industries out of your country. We’ll gladly help them setup shop in Canada. 🙂
This is the MO of these creeps, they have nothing but criticism. Koch industries help so many GOOD causes, medical education etc. while these evil Soros-suckers take money to disrupt and destroy progress. What will it be people, use this and other tools at our disposal to shine light on the cockroaches known as lieberals, or sit back and explain to our grandchildren how good we had it years ago, but we got lazy?
I will guarantee you that the majority of the left had never heard of the Kochs prior to Obamas election.
Frankly same for most conservatives. Kochs are the new face of the enemy for the left.
(I guess they did not sign on to the Gates/Buffet fake giveathon in time)
Things go better with Kock.
“Why? Because the Koch Industries PAC had given $43,000 to Walker’s campaign. That was less than one half of one percent of Walker’s total haul—but still enough for the left to tie Koch Industries to the battle royal in Wisconsin.”
True enough, except that the article conveniently ignores the $1.1 million that the Koch brothers gave to the Republican Governors Association, which recently ran a $3.4 million campaign attacking Walker’s Democratic opponent (standwithscott.com).
And it also ignores the $342,000 advertising campaign (“Stand with Walker”; see YouTube) that Americans for Prosperity, a DC-based advocacy group founded by the Koch brothers, ran in suppport of Walker.
Of course, donating such huge amounts directly to favoured politicians is illegal. But then those with means have always had plenty of ways to skirt past pesky campaign finance laws in order to ensure that their political agendas are advanced.
Folks here are rightfully outraged when so-called “left-wing financiers” (say, George Soros) fund left-wing politicians through, shall we say, indirect mechanisms that undermine the democratic spirit behind campaign finance regs. The question is: does one still hold that view when the funders are financing politicans and causes one supports?
Over at Power Line today: “Wisconsin Update” by Scott. He quotes a reader sending feedback:
“I was just talking with one of my co-workers here in Hudson as to an experience she had with someone canvasing her neighborhood looking for signatures to try and get a recall going against Sheila Harsdorf, one of our brave Senators looking out for the taxpayer not the unions. She indicated that this individual came to her door and asked if she would like to help straighten out things that recently happened down in Madison with the collective bargaining law. The person seeking signatures simply indicated that she would need sign a form to make sure she was represented properly in Madison. Not once during the conversation was there ever mention that the person was representing a group attempting to recall Senator Harsdorf.”
Based on that, every single signature handed in to recall Senator Harsdorf should be disqualified, and the recallers forced to start over. (In my dreams.)

The left will stop at nothing and too many of the dumbed down masses swallow their lies: very scary.
Its too bad they weren’t the ‘Krach’ brothers – prounounced ‘crack’
Their private agenda is really the eradication of the federal government in almost all of its forms
and the problem with that is????
Look, I am a right wing canadian and have been since I joined the reform Party at 18, but most of the people posting here sound like the pretend-right fringe groups found down south. I don’t want Billionaires hampering my freedom anymore than I want Jack Layton imposing his programs on me.
This blog is just as bad as a lefty blog, You dorks complaining about protestors calling people names!?!? This is not politics it is political theatre barely a step up from dancing with the stars or american idol.
Remember when it was the left that consisted of hypersensitive squaking children, me too and I wish those days would return.
“I want them dead, dead, dead, hang them, burn them, crucify them, tear off thier toes, tear out thier eye’s, thier nails……” Nancy Pelosi daydreaming sitting behind Biden, with her big sh*t eating plastic grin.
You know it’s true…………….
