Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Perhaps that should be “The Worm Turns”.
Bush will continue to get the last laugh as long as the idiots in the White House are in the White House.
So the Joobug isn’t pure Joo? I can live with that.
This attack was brilliant. This is the future of warfare.
Wow!! I had read somewhere that Israel was behind, this, but Bush too??
Oh how I miss Dubya and I love saying that just so I can watch the spittle, steam, stale air and piss come streaming out of every leftard’s body.
Good on ya, George…
Wow, Louise (at 7:59 pm.). You sure have a way-high tolerance for viewing humanity at its worst!
Perhaps that should be “The Worm Turns”.

“As the Worm Turns”…this could be a great daytime soap!
If Bush was so incompetent, why does Obama keep adopting his policies?
Sometimes the value of certain presidencies (is that a word?) is not known for quite a while after the person has left the office.
Oh yea .. boy for a dummy he sure was a smarty pants… lol.
Do the Americans who post on this blog miss Dubya yet??
Sometime past the Israeli Mossad realized that the PLO etc had adopted cell-phone technology giving them an important communication asset.
Their techs identified a certain PLO nasty’s cell phone and disabled it’s connection. He had it sent in for repair—-on it’s return the Mossad called him up and after identifying him, using voice print analysis, detonated an explosive charge in the cell phone……
Not only one less kaboom but all the kabooms abandoned the their cell phones—-putting their communications back about a century or further…..
It’s those benevolent aliens from the faraway Plaxarigon Galaxy, neutralizing all malevolent threats, here to save our sorry butts, I tells ya.
If I recall, they had a psychic oracle on Coast to Coast a couple of months back predicting this very thing! :~D
When all is said & done about the Bush years. The FACT that he protected America for 8 years long if not longer will be the only relent point.
Can Obama say the same?
JMO
What Louise said @ 7:59. Lol!
Louise.. Props from me too!!!!
Azzlyne… you tell me if Americans miss Bush. $14,048,429,700,900. Debt per citizen 45,041. Oops it just turned over another 800,000 as I was typing this lol.
Ahem. Mission accomplished.

Bingo. Except Bush has already proven his value.
felis corpulentis at 8:38 PM, ?????? huh??
Well, Jay, if President Clinton had authorized the assassination of Osama bin Laden when he had the opportunity, perhaps 9/11 wouldn’t have happened. But, alas, Clinton was too busy with cigars and blue dresses and exploiting vulnerable young women to make the decision.
Do the Americans who post on this blog miss Dubya yet??
This American has been missing him for just short of two years now.
Nearly two years out, and he’s still keeping me safe.
We might never know the real situation faced by Bush and maybe he never either. I appreciated the fact that when faced with crisis he acted in a firm and measured way.
I wonder of the joint Israeli/USA cyber attack on Iran’s nuclear plant started under Bush.
I feel for anyone in the White House who ultimately have to deal with;
Iran: the local nutbars who are working on a bomb.
Iraq: who had a nutbar and a army who wanted a bomb.
Saudi Arabia: medival nutbars who financed the nutbars who attacked America on 9/11, and who want the USA to use their bomb on Iran.
Israel: the only rational force in the ME who now have to be ‘backhanded’ by the USA to appease the Euros and those mentioned above.
Amazing!
I too miss W.
What I find interesting is Obama’s necessity for misdirection so as not to upset his base. TOTUS has very quietly ramped-up much of GWB’s war on terror while trying to appease the peaceniks on the Progressive Left.
Personally, I believe that Obama is in fact one of these peaceniks, but as TOTUS has been forced to accept reality and carry-on his predecessors wars. I think it galls nobody more that Obama that he must continue the fight; but, he likely understands intellectually that to get re-elected he must follow through on what GWB started.JMO
& DaveJ you idiot. TOTUS’s deficit spending is of historical proportions. Save your retarded arguments for your Leftarded homo echo chamber. And remember: it is always better to keep you mouth shut and have people think you’re an idiot, than to opening your mouth and removing all doubt.

Sigh. Bush had been in office less than eight months when the 9/11 attack occurred. Let me repeat: less than eight months.
The U.S. security apparatus that allowed 9/11 to happen was entirely the product of eight years of Democrat rule during the immediate aftermath of the Soviet collapse. You’ll recall (or not, in which case I’ll remind you), the 90s was the decade of the so-called Peace Dividend. The collapse of the USSR was The End of History. The mindset was naively one of a post-conflict era.
Put bluntly, while Islamic extremism was coalescing as the next preeminent clear and present danger, the Clinton administration was whistling past the graveyard, and not building an appropriate security apparatus to counter the new threat. 9/11 was a direct result of this inaction.
The notion that Dubya could have reversed nearly a decade’s worth of misguided security policy in mere months is delusional — especially when one considers the administration would have been receiving its security advice from the very system that was broken.

Sorry, Louise; I was being obtuse. Your 7:59 comment was about watching raging, sputtering leftards with various noxious gases and liquids streaming from their bodies. My 8:38 obtuse comment was meant as an expression of admiration for your stamina to endure sights like that.
I cannot accept for a second that Obama would support such a program a Stuxnet. This is a man whose first overseas phone call to a foreign head of state was to Mahmoud Abbas, tried to replace a democratic government in Honduras with a communist one, went a worldwide apology tour denouncing the country he is supposed to represent, and colluded in Islamist lies in his Cairo speech for starts. It is far more believable that he would have called the program off and apologized to the Mullahs as a good will gesture while preventing any Israeli effort against the Iranian nuclear program.
Thanks, felis, now I get it.
Looks like we’ve frightened little Jay Forbes away. I wonder what name/personality he’ll have the next time he comes back. We haven’t seen Twinkle-Toes T for a long time. God forbid it should be the Boring Tedious Jerk.
