If you accept the premise the Democratic party no longer exists and is now the Progressive Party with limited consideration for democracy, then the answer must be “the Party” did not do near anough. Cheers;

There is no limit to the tax you can pay. If Warren wants to pay more what prevents him from cutting a cheque for a billion to go on the debt?
So the problem is he led people to expect a free house, free car and a better government but the other half doesn’t have the money to pay. He led the people to believe in a post racial America and he shamelessly used race in politics.
He led people to believe in a ‘better’ America and made it worse.
He led the people to believe they were going to get free health care and they have a lot of people falling through cracks, the physicians withdrawing service for Medicare once they saw it.
So as I see it, it’s not what he did wrong, it’s what did he do right?
