Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Particularly when the lastest from Stats Canada shows the deaths from knives far outweigh murder by long guns – knifes are just better in a fight all around.
The vast majority of gun crime is criminal-on-criminal violence. Give them free ammo and cash rewards when they hit!
Heh Ralphie….when was the last time a criminal went out of his way to register a gun, long gun or otherwise? Get off your duff and represent the people you actually work for…and quit being a lap dog for Iggy and the GTA.
Goodale will never represent the interests of his constituency simply because he knows what is best for them. Unfortunately, certain people in his riding are comfortable with someone else doing the thinking and making the decisions on their behalf. Thus, Goodale remains an MP, albeit an unworthy one.
Why do I think Giggles Tabor’s prozac prescription will be upped over the next few days?

That Goodale must be tasting like hair of the dog right now.
I am constantly amazed at the lack of coherent thought that voters exhibit.

It’s interesting that this is a private member’s
bill. Usually private members’ bills go nowhere.
Time is never allocated for their discussion and
they “die on the order paper”. It says much
for the Harper Gov’g that they let such bills go
forward.
will this be another outrage moment for goodale…??? he always know’s what’s best for us
peasants out west and now he has iggy to tell us how to think….the liberals continue to polish the harvard turd.
Stephen Harper is our man, a reluctant politician, we’re lucky to have him.
