    Then, the final appeal to authority.
    Kinsella thinks J. S. Mills agrees with him (on section 13(1), I presume – tho’ he doesn’t specifically mention it). Well, first off Mills is long dead (and his essay “On Liberty” can hardly be represented by that one selected sentence), so he actually can’t confirm what Kinsella says is true, and second, I somehow doubt it.

  22. I think WK should be free to say whatever he wants – however there are always consequences to actions. I don’t think he should be charged with a hate crime or be investigated by HRC, but he should lose his job with the LPC. After all, can this possibiliy be in keeping with Liberal ‘values’ (whatever they happen to be at any given moment – I doubt they include alienating a potential voting block – the Liberals are not that stupid!).
