Fun is fun, but I think Kate meant this post to be a somewhat serious attempt to bring the power of the Internet to the Primary Producer.
The power of information. As in any market place, the few always have the advantage over the many.
Here in Eastern Ontario you can’t even get a quote for prices. People that in the past have bought and paid for their inputs for the upcoming crop year before Dec. 31st are being asked to just send in a cheque to their fertilizer dealer and the price will be worked out later. Ya right…who needs to run a “ponzi” scheme when you can do this……
