    I personally would hire a new lawyer but as these 2 “non-practicing lawyers” seem to be unable to defend themselves – perhaps der Shill gets a volume discount.
    These dummies ignore how much they have hurt themselves and any cause they claim to represent including the NGOs they work for who get special tax free status for sueing other Canadians. Nice Work.
    They also ignore how they have changed the blogosphere for now any group in trouble like the “Canuck 6” can simply say $$$ is needed and the paypal button goes into over drive from across the world.

    Since deciding to clobber me and Ezra Levant, alas, the “human rights” party has gotten all fractious: the lobby groups have scoffed that the CHRC is full of talentless mediocrities not up to the job; the CHRC and Richard (Lucy) Warman have wound up in court, and for once on opposite sides; and now the Department of Justice is putting some clear blue water between itself and the CHRC and Warman. Faced with a choice between losing his “hate speech” law or dumping his buddies at the “human rights” commission, DoJ lawyer Simon Fothergill chose the latter course.

  10. Kinsella is not a happy smart ass. His party is on the skids, all torn and tattered. He can thank his hero Chretien, who enabled Adscam to happen and his nemesis Martin who bummed out the party with their lust for power.
    Kinsilly has nothing left to do but harass people. He’s gotten in over his head if he’s taking on Ezra, let’s see how he manages defeat.
    Perhaps Kinsilly has some legals who work for free like the ones who allegedly gave their services to Keith Martin’s recount, which by the way should be checked in to as an expense value.

  18. Something tells me that this latest attack that Kinsella launched against Ezra is just a skirmish in much bigger war. Richard Warman moved away from CHRC and he recently won $50000.00 in his lawsuit against William Grosvenor of Alberta despite of the fact that Ontario Court had no territorial jurisdiction to hear that case.

    When Ezra falls off his high horse, comes to his senses and realises one day that he has a chance like a snowball in Hell to win against Kinsella in Ontario Court he might decide to do the sensible thing and sue Kinsella in Alberta Court for libel. That way he would be in much better bargaining position as he could put on Kinsella burden of retaining Alberta lawyer and obtain in Alberta judgement against Kinsella that would offset Kinsella’s sure win in Ontario.
    Ezra kept on dumping on CHRC by comparing them to the real Courts not realising (or deceiving himself and his readers) that real Courts in Canada are as corrupt or even more corrupt that CHRC. In war of attrition there is little room for playing by the rules and lets hope that Ezra learns that fast. If he does not, he will not only lose to Warren Kinsella but he will also lose to Richard Warman and after that he might become a laughing stock of legal profession in Canada very much like disgraced lawyer Harry Kopyto (who once dared to say on the steps of the Ontario Court of Appeals that prosecution and police stick together as if they were glued with the Crazy glue) or now disgraced Justice Ted Matlow (who dared to write and publish an article “The right way to choose our judges”).
    Just the fact that somebody is morally right and somebody is well spoken, well educated and intelligent does not guarantee that someone is going to win and Ezra also needs to be street smart if we are going to win this battle.

    I just posted the following observation of Canada on Bink’s site re the Obama campaign in the USA.
    “Based upon the past 6 months, I think we can safely declare the American MSM to be “officially as dead as the Canadian MSM”. Now, that is TRULY scary, don’t you agree?
    SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT: The death of the Canadian MSM made barely a ripple beyond Canada’s borders. Canadian federal governments had already made Canada quite irrelevant on the world stage, and condemned it to second-rate, also-ran status on every other stage. But that’s not the case with the USA. The USA actually matters. Canada really doesn’t. AND IT DOESN’T EVEN CAUSE ME A TWINGE TO WRITE THAT LAST SENTENCE.     Yup, methinks Karol and I have been both “Canadian” and “conscious” for longer than a lot of commentators on these blogs. Built-in Canadian government and public service corruption – so systemic that it boggles the mind! – places Canada beyond the reach of virtually any ideology, including partisan politics. This leaves voting Canadians ENTIRELY with out power in Canada’s alleged Parliamentary democracy”.
    Canada and Canadians are so f*cked it isn’t funny. I’m actually GLAD that I won’t live to see the disasters ahead. I’m retired and took the precaution of acquiring a second citizenship and a second home so that my family has a “way out” when Canada officially is recognized as the fascist state it has become. As for the Canadian sheeple, I really couldn’t care less anymore…
