There is no excuses to be made for him. He should never had been let out. Sick or not he violated multiple little innocent children. Their rights are far more important. He forgo his rights when he put his hand on a child He forgo the right to not be judged. He should have just jumped from a tall building. injected himself with a lethal amount of something, or hung him self from the tallest post he could find. my hope is one day that these scum bags meet their match. for now personally i would pray that one day someone feeds him his own testicles to choke down before his final moment.
as for the justice system that tries to pass the buck on whos responsibility it was to supervise him… why is there any discussion, you dont let a dirtbag, educated or not into a society where already kids are scared to play outside. YOu dont put at risk the people who will one day be running this country. you dont show the world that we are going to stand by and not do anything to protect each other. it used to be that when these things happened they were shamed… and magically they disappeared. it should be that way again.

Previous sexual assaults, current sexual related charges, kidnapping, drugging innocent children, uncontrollable urges towards children…he should not be left to occupy the same earth as the children and family he’s harmed. It’s interesting to see everyone basically come to the same conclusion on this, either the Scum bag needs to nbe locked away for life, no parole, or put down like a stray dog with rabbies. Everyone i’ve talked to about this says the same thing, so why are the laws doing the exact opposite of what the people truly want? aren’t we, the taxpayers calling the shots in the end? we need to stop TALKING about what we want done to people like this, and start enforcing our opinions on the gov’t in any way we can think of through legal means. We have had this issue in Society for years, and nothing has changed. Yet we keep talking and talking…which should be directed not at eachother, but at the powers that be that can actually make the changes necessary to keep out children safe.

people do what they do for one main reason, they are not accountable for their actions! so make them accountable, and immediately. heres a possible solution, not only to sick perverts like this, but anyone who commits a crime against someone. give the victim and their immediate family the choice of what to do as a punishment. if they want a bullet in his head, than thats what we do. if they want life in prison, 1000 lashes with a belt, castoration, or worse, we do it. and let the childs father perform the punishment too. if these sick freaks knew for a fact they would be at the hands of their intended victims family (knowing how angry they would make the family for molesting their little child) im quite sure they would think twice about doing it…
