  1. BS BS BS. It’s BS when they say the temperature is
going up, it’s BS when they say the temperature is
going down, it was BS when they said that this
summer would be unusually warm, it’s BS
when they talk about “historical average” temperatures, it’s
BS when they say that next Friday will be colder or
warmer or rainier or drier than this Friday.

  2. The only people who still believe in global warming are the Socialists who use is as a money drain on the West or people who have been in a coma since they watched Al Gore’s Inconvenient Bullshit.
I’ll tell you what’s inconvenient about this climate scam, the huge hassle we must go through to shake off this big lie and stop the money drain.

  3. You forgot about the teachers.
I fully anticipate having to counter eco-nut anti-global warming curricula in my kids’ school.
I already gave a mini-lesson to the kindergarten teacher last year.
    Mischief is good.

  4. The world is factually cooling, therefore these people predict it will be cooler this year (it already is!) just to prove how good they are at predicting, therefore their predictions of global warming must be true.
I’d say Omar and co. are riding an intellectual bicycle.

  5. Reuters says :
“Up to July 2008, this year has been cooler than the previous five years at least. It still looks like it’s warmer than average,” added Baddour.
I can’t stop laughing. How can anyone read this article and think its legitimate?
The ignorant may buy this next Reuters gem.
“The global mean temperature to end-July was 0.28 degrees Celsius above the 1961-1990 average”
Deniers however, would question why 1961-1990 average is used? What about the 1961-2000 average when the warm 1990’s are included?
    This one is great too:
“…dips do not undermine the case that man-made greenhouse gas emissions are causing long-term global warming, climate scientists say.”
Uhh, if the cooling trend is caused by natural forces that are overwhelming our supposed effect, can’t the previous warming trend also be caused by natural events?
I’m still wondering if its a joke. Can they be that pathetic?

  6. “The inconvenient lies of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change
    By Dr. Tim Ball”
“The Cosmic Theory provides the mechanism. More sunspots higher temperatures, fewer sunspots colder temperatures”
“The IPCC mandate is to examine human causes of climate change. However, you cannot determine the human effect if you do not know the cause and extent of natural climate change. You cannot determine the effect if you leave out major components of the climate system and make assumptions that contradict natural evidence. As a result they have publicly determined with a 90% certainty that human CO2 is the cause of temperature change. Now events have caught up with them – their sins have found them out. My Grandmother wouldn’t be surprised nor should the public once they understand what is going on behind the so—called science.”

  7. Dion should grasp this moment to claim victory, for here we have conclusive proof that the European purchase of carbon credits has cooled the plant.
Can M. Dion tell us if there is some point at which we could have purchased too many credits too rapidly and thus risk deep freezing ourselves? It seems that this level of effectiveness could spell disaster should the United States ever sign on to Kyoto.
Should we not be very careful about the rate at which we buy carbon credits lest we freeze the manatees?

  8. Some astronomers are predicting a 10 – 15 year period of reduced solar activity, therefore the Pacific Ocean will be cooler for the next perhaps 15-20 years, I wonder what these ‘pocket-rocket’ scientists are going to come up with to explain how we just managed to get the GHG emmissions under control to cool the planet down to pre-WWII conditions.

  9. As has been articluated here and elsewhere, the socialists have effectively lost at the ballot box so their only hope at regaining the so-called high ground is to get it by stealth, ie, the green message and transferring massive amounts of $ from the North to the South, ie Kyoto.
Although the Left is in disarray, it still behooves all of us to keep up the hard work of getting the Right message out.
Machievelli once said, in not so many words, that a Prince finishes off his opponent when he’s down so he can’t get back up for another chance.

  10. Darn! I was so looking forward to planting citrus trees in my Northern Ontario garden!

  11. Damn it all. You mean the banana trees I bought in Oysoyoos and want to transplant in Edmonton ain’t gonna make it? Well heck.So much for my lemon trees, very pretty. And bluetech. Northern Ontario is south of Edmonton!! heh

  12. I was so looking forward to a brown Christmas, now you tell me it will be another 10 to 20 years! I’ll be under the brown ground by then. Thanks for getting my hopes up though. We can still dream.

  13. Wow. Does this mean all the the non-events that were predicted last year, and the year before, etc. are going to be non-events again this year?

  14. ‘climate experts’
Two of the most over-used and badly used words in the MSM.
Most of these so-called ‘climate experts’ don’t know their axle from from a hole in the ground.

  15. Dese climate modeles, dey hare de best tings hout dere for da climate forecas, wit’ da bes parameTERizations, hand da data hingestions his perfect. Hand hof course, never mind da truncation herrors hin da modele, dey don’t count. Derefore, da modELLEs can predict da climate hin da future wit’ perfect haccuaracy. We hare doomed hunless we buy hon to da green shift, which gives da social justice halong wit’ less climate change.
    -Borat Dion hand ‘is minions

  16. It’s obvious that all the melting ice from the poles and glaciers over the last 10 years has returned to Earth in 2008 and made things cooler.

  17. I wonder what % of the top environauts are communists? There seems to be a lot less concern about finding out what the facts are and a lot more about always having some new and scary notion the requires obedience from the masses and new burdens on the productive organizations that make our US and Canadian standard of living possible.
