1. Obama was born in Hawaii on Aug. 4, 1961, with the legal name Barack Hussein Obama II, and Barack H. Obama Sr. was identified as his legal father. [NOTE: an alternative theory, that Obama was born in Canada, is still being researched.]
2. Obama was adopted by Lolo Soetoro in Hawaii sometime around 1965-1966.
3. As part of the adoption procedure, pursuant to Hawaiian law, Obama’s original Birth Certificate (BC) was sealed, and a new Birth Certificate was issued with his new name, Barry Soetoro, and the name of his new father, Lolo Soetoro.
4. Mother and son joined Soetoro in Indonesia, where Barry Soetoro was registered in school as Lolo’s son, a Muslim, and a citizen of Indonesia.
5. After approximately 4 years, Barry Soetoro returned to Hawaii as a U.S. citizen to live with his grandparents, the Dunhams, and attend private school.
6. At some point before his 18th birthday, he most likely changed his legal name back to Barack Hussein Obama, but his Birth Certificate would not have been modified again

The judge that heard the case is clintionista, so he may want to keep it all above board.. but I don’t think Hillary is ready to take “no” for an answer just yet.

I’d be more impressed if the attorney knew how to spell “DECLARATORY” on the first page. However, this appears to be the only spelling mistake, so maybe we can let it pass. The judge won’t be impressed, though!
The “attorney” who filed this (Berg), is also a whack-job of the first order, who believes (among other things) that 9/11 was carried out on the orders of the US government. Unless granted more extensive jurisdiction by a specific federal statute, each of the US District Courts relies on the state long-arm statute of the forum state in which it sits. Due process requires a degree of “minimum contacts” between that forum and a defendant in order for a court there to properly assert personal jurisdiction over that defendant. So it’s a rare occasion… I’m sitting here poking around the net at midnight while watching a special on John McCain which was preceded by a special on Barack Obama.
Now just for the record, I’m neither a Republican or a Democrat. If anything, I’m a Libertarian and if I had my choice, I’d be voting for Ron Paul. If you’re a fan of Obama, great. If you’re a fan of McCain, great.
Yet as I sit here on my couch, I’m utterly shocked by what I’ve seen tonight…
Obama’s special positioned him as a golden boy who’s destined to change the world. McCain has been portrayed as the cheater, the liar, and an opportunist. His wife, as a drug addict and a thief.
Now I respect your views one way or another, and once again I’m not fans of either candidate, but what I’m witnessing is nothing short of intentional mind control…
You see, I’m watching these specials as a marketer and a copywriter, (which is in this case a script writer).
Having acquired the skill of copywriting, I’m absolutely speechless at what I’m seeing. The producer/writer of these episodes is utterly devious, and disgustingly talented…
As I watch the McCain episode, I’m just counting and listing the subconscious implants as they flood through my television…

My friends, if you don’t believe in the power of copywriting, subconscious implants, and persuasion, then you’d better wake-up because you’re mind is being controlled by the mass media, and I’ve just sat here and watched it happen once again from a network that’s supposed to be unbiased.
Now just in case you’ve fallen for that load of BS, “unbiased” doesn’t exist in businesses that are out for profit, which are controlled by people who are out for power.

Aside from entertaining I think this issue will probably just reaffirm my distrust of anything liberal and the press that supports them. The press in particular has to show impartiality because if this accusation is indeed true and above board and the people feel they have been mislead, lookout. As far as Obama himself is concerned I have felt from the beginning felt that he was nothing more than a street corner hustler, curb high.
Kyla, he’s not on the ballot and legally running for President until the Dems formally nominate him, hence the lack of minimal contacts with Pennsylvania. And it’s the FEC rather than the DNC and Obama where this would be the most significant problem.

If every person was disqualified from holding views based on past silly views, I dare say most of us would have to keep it zipped.

I have several friends who lost their US citizenship, because they failed to claim it at 18. My daughter’s father is an example. Had he done so, she would have had automatic US citizenship. (I’m not the birth mother, for those who know I am American and are confused.)
