Vitruvius; thanks for the nostalgia. I remember as a youngster waiting up late for this program. The Soviets had dozens of organizations in Canada at the time. They produced about 20 or so newspapers/newsletters. After the Berlin wall fell, and the NKVD money ran out, the number dropped to near zero.

The interesting thing is for me when the news come to media the comments and explanation and analysis of data is or could be different from who explain that news if you are religion party or political party or scientist are see that same news in 3 different views some people think religion should not link with politician or politician should not interfere with scientist
In nowadays politician is force to know more date to understand solution scientist in certain told them
As customer service in most science research area they have a group able to explain that date in simple equation and cut unneccary data from public who has not enough knowledge background to that subject
