The fact of the matter is that regime change in Iraq had/has been a policy of every Adminstration sinc the first Bush Adminstration.
Mr. McCain or Mr. Obama current positions have nothing to do with past decisions made on Iraq. Their positions, since the US is already in Iraq, have to do with the best way to move forward. In that light the Democrats don’t have the luxury of being Monday morning quarterbacks.
