Here are Australia’s own Johnny Chester & the Chessmen performing The Old Copper Kettle, ca. 1960, this pressing by Canadian KiM records, K.M.1688, CT-30765, originally from W&G Recording in Australia. I would argue that one needs to listen to the end of this work ~ it’s only two minutes ~ to fully appreciate it, but I don’t want to say any more ’cause that would spoil it.

Is this true??? If the Liberal leadership contenders or any political candidate with outstanding debts don’t have them paid off they cannot stand for re-election until they do.
If this is true then Dion, Iggy, Kennedy, etc. CAN’T RUN if there is an election called.
Could this be the REAL reason Liberals have not voted against the conservatives? Their own leader and Deputy Leader would be disqualified from seeking public office because of outstanding election debts.
